Purely StorageReviews of purelystorage.com

They were very helpful in anyway. I do recommend everyone to make a good decision and rent a storage from purely.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I would highly recommend this company. The customer service is above and beyond. It is so nice to be welcomed by my first name when I walk through the door. The prices are awesome as well.

I had a pleasant experience, professional, friendly and informative.

Real clean and rentals are affordable and the staff are kind and thoughtful.

My lock was cut and unit broken into less than 12 hours after moving in. Unfortunately, I learned then that there are no cameras with a view of the units in my building/floor. Based on what we do know, it was likely a fellow renter that perpetrated the break-in. Purely Storage seems to be more concerned with protecting the other tenant than providing me with even an inkling of feeling like my belongings are secure. Their only resolution was to move me into another unit that is less than comparable to what I have.

Excellent customer service, friendly and welcoming. Great hours for access to your storage 7 days a week, premises are well lit at night and kept very clean.

Great customer service. Office manager really nice and helpful. She showed me multiple size units and helped me determine what size would be best for my needs.

Awesome. Super nice people.
