Exactly what we needed
Purely Storage gave us exactly what we needed. They had a model of each of the storage units so we could see the size. Their focus on security is obvious and made us feel very safe leaving our possessions.
Response from Purely StorageAug 14, 2018
Thanks for taking the time to give us a review Mary. We take pride in our security and are very glad that you feel comfortable storing your belongings with us.

Amazing customer service!!
Amazing customer service!!! These ladies did everything to make it as easy as possible for us. Not to mention it was right before closing and they were still happy to help and stayed there after closing to make sure we were settled. I would absolutely recommend purely storage to anyone!

Cynthia Friend was a gem!!
I rented a 5x5 and took advantage of your 1/2 month free special! I usually don’t write reviews but I have to commend one employee in particular.... Cynthia Friend. She was professional, courteous, and genuinely concerned with assessing my needs to find the right size space for me. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The security gate and cameras are a plus for me and I wouldn’t hesitate to visit at any hour if I needed access to my belongings. Again, Cynthia was great and I enjoyed my experience with your company. 10th Street, Lancaster, CA renter.

Wow! What a review. We love Cynthia too and the work she does for us. We'll be sure to let her know you appreciated her good service. Thank you for storing with us. If there is anything we can do, please let us know.
