PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

I just received my puppy tonight. She is the cutest and didn’t seem at all bothered by the plane trip. She came potty trained. The customer service with puppyspot is amazing. They are always in contact with whatever questions you need. I received pictures of her parents and all her vet exam information including vaccinations. So glad I went through them they made things so easy and my new baby is happy in her new home. Thanks Puppyspot!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with PuppySpot for a recent puppy purchase of a Yorkie Terrier (Parti). While I probably could have found a similar dog for less cost, it has been worth every penny. I can not express my gratitude enough for their courtesy, follow-up, keeping me informed and making sure everything proceeded as promised. The customer service has been outstanding. I highly recommend them. If I never need a to purchase a puppy again, I will return to PuppySpot.

Omg. I bought a dog from purebredbreeders 4 yrs ago and even though I was a big sceptic I was thrilled by the experience. THEN two weeks ago I did it again getting a second dog☺️The second experience was ten fold the first n when perfect competes with perfect. Like wow. I would highly recommend your purchase from puppyspot thanks!

Disclaimer: This rating is subject to change. I just purchased a handsome black pomsky yesterday. The customer service was great and seemed very transparent at first glance. The girl, who handled me on the phone, came off as very genuine and sincere. All my questions were answered to the full. She also gave me additional information that I didn't ask for. A lot of introspective questions were asked of me to insure her of my dedication and ability to care-take. The price wasn't unreasonable. Note: You will have to pay an extra amount for airline transportation. I will keep you guys posted about the next step of the process.

I bought a West Highland Terrier from Puppy Spot in April 2018. I am very familiar with this breed having had 6 others in my lifetime. When we picked him up from the airport he was scratching a bit and I said to my husband that I hoped he did not have allergies. He is 10 months old now and is showing signs of very bad allergies at this time. So sad for him and for us as dealing with this for his lifetime will be a struggle for us all not to mention the suffering he will go through. As for his personality, he is the cutest thing ever and we are so in love with him. We are heartbroken to think that he is going to live his life with this condition. I would not buy a puppy from PuppySpot again and would go through AKC Marketplace. Would have done that in the first place but was not aware of it.

Good experience up until travel plans were made. We were told that the breeder was flexible and the flight would be most likely scheduled for Nov 23rd. Then received and email asking if the 26th of Nov. at 6:41 would be ok. My husband and I agreed that it would be ok. The same we were supposed to pick up our puppy we received a call from the travel department at noon stating "The breeder missed the flight". The breeder thought the flight was schedule for 10:55 pm, instead of 10:55am. This is very frustrating as a flight number is provided from the very beginning! PuppySpot told us that the breeder (Cathy) couldn't make it at the 10:55 am flight because she works. My husband and I both work full times jobs and have now taken two days of vacation which is equal to money!!! I feel the breeder and or PuppySpot should reimburse at least the expense for the flight. We paid a lot of money to a company and a breeder with "hopes" to not have to deal with this type of situation. We have an appointment scheduled with our vet, as PuppySpot wants a health exam within two business days of receipt. This is also time we've had to schedule off of work based on the original expected arrival date. I will post weather or not the breeder and PuppySpot were able to stick to the new travel date. If we do receive the Puppy I will be sure to post if he received a clean bill of health.

The reason I really wanted to use PuppySpot to place my English Bulldog puppies was they are sold "Pet Only." This way I feel they are going to families that really want them as family members not large breeders. PuppySpot works hard to make a customer happy. You are paying thousands more than what myself as a breeder sell these puppies for outside. I offer a one year health guarantee. PuppySpot holds the breeder accountable for the health of the puppy. I fully understand this but if there are any issues PuppySpot comes right back to the breeder. They aren't offering you something special on top of what I'm willing to or required to do. I stand behind my puppies. What they don't realize is they also work for the breeder. They have a mindset that we're here because our puppies can't sell otherwise. In order for me to furnish you with healthy, playful and excellent bloodlines I put a lot of work and spend a lot of money. To have quality dogs they really need to work with a breeder. Not all puppies have the same excellent bloodlines. Please research the heritage of the puppy you're considering. There are some English Bulldog puppies on their site I wouldn't ever consider buying. A purebred dog doesn't always mean your getting the best bloodline available. It appears everyone works in a different office. There is no organization and no one knows what the other person has done or said. My last puppy was supposed to be at the airport at 10 am. A late night email changed this to 6 am. I wouldn't even have known this but I happen to look at my email around 4. I call to double check this because it's a 45 minute drive to the airport. I was there at 6 am just to find out it was 10. Now I'm looking at a 4 hour wait. They are not honest. The flight chaperone called me to say she missed her flight and she couldn't make it there in time for the 10 am flight. They told me she did not miss her flight. The chaperone called me directly to tell me so. At the health check if there are any health issues or cosmetic issues they cancel the sale. Ok I can understand that but sometimes it's a simple issue that can be remedied. They cancelled the sale then called me to say the buyer backed out. That was just a flat out lie. Why not work with the breeder and discuss what the real issue? They just simply cannot be trusted. PuppySpot will continue to have less and less quality breeders if they continue this treatment and way of conducting business. If you want a quality dog for THOUSANDS LESS start looking online for breeders. Go to AKC Marketplace, look at FB Clubs especially for Bulldogs. Ask for references on a breeder. Make sure you get a health guarantee for at least one year. Make sure they have done health checks on their adults. In my opinion try to find small in home breeders not large kennels. I'm not going to breed bulldogs if they aren't inside snoring and laying around my feet. If you do look to buy from a kennel find out about their facilities. There a definitely good ones where the owners truly care and became breeders for the love of the breed. Do your homework on this breed and breeders.

If I could give puppyspot negative stars I would in a heartbeat! Everybody be aware and do not buy a puppy from this company! They are a third party company and all they promise is lies. We got a German Shepherd puppy through them for Christmas last year and they claimed he was in perfect health and claimed he had no parasites. Upon taking him to the vet the next day, they found giardia which is an intestinal parasite that can be passed to humans. Our son was a year old and this was very concerning that we bought a dog who had intestinal parasites. He had several rounds of treatments because the parasite was hard to get rid of. The professional team at puppyspot.com received all of his records and invoices and did say that we would be reimbursed for all the treatment and testing. Each time I called to give them an update with the dogs still being positive for giardia, they told us we would be reimbursed. Here we are almost a year later and have not seen any reimbursement. Each time I have called about this they tell me that the person I spoke with before no longer works there. I also know of another person who had bought a puppy from puppyspot and their dog tested positive for SEVERAL intestinal parasites the day after they picked their puppy up. It just seems that puppyspot is only interested in taking your money and that is it. Good luck ever trying to get a reimbursement that they say you will get! I really regret getting a puppy through them and I really hope that this helps anyone who is thinking about getting a puppy through them.
