We got a golden doodle from puppy spot two years ago. The dog is aggressive circling us trying to bite us and our other pets. If it gets out of the gate it runs off down the street and will not come to us or come back. We have to chase it in the car and takes the whole family to corner the dog. It is aggressive and does what it wants with very little concern for its family. I believe the dog is inbred in a puppy mill; although the company says that they do not support puppy mills... yeah right. My neighbors said that they have never seen such a disobedient dog ever! We have spent money trying to train it!! We also never received any paperwork regarding the dog or its family. We have no paperwork regarding dog at all! We spent 2000 dollars on this dog! Beware... look for a breeder that lives close to you and you can see its parents. We got a labra doodle from a local breeder... completely a different dog!

So far I've had a great experience with Puppyspot. I was told what food to pick up on my first phone call, they answered all my questions. And I had a lot. My puppy is supposed to arrive in 3 days. That's all I know for now. Hopefully I will find out tomorrow if he made it though his well check. I liked that the breeder posted a video and not just pictures. I can understand delays if the dog has worms or something common and treatable. As long as I'm informed of all treatments needed and given. For now I've been in the loop since day one. Even about the travel date since day one of my order.

After just a year, we found out that our pup had severe bilateral hip dysplasia. My vet said this could have been prevented by responsible breeding. I had paid a premium price to PuppySpot to screen the breeder for me. I later found out that neither parent had any health certifications. Also, the mother was too young to have been bred in the first place. My medical expenses for this dog have been approximately $10,000. PuppySpot has reimbursed me 0.

We bought a beautiful female jack terrier from Puppy Spot. The customer service was wonderful before doing the actual purchase. She was supposed to arrive yesterday but she didn’t, we called the airline and said that due to a heat wave they understandably could not ship our dog. We’ve been emailing and calling Puppy Spot and the breeder with no luck, nobody answers and we are afraid that maybe our puppy doesn’t exist and we’ve been scammed. With huge pain we are proceeding to cancel the payment that was made through PayPal and has a warrantee. Disappointing and sad experience.

Customer service was excellent before purchasing puppy. After purchasing the puppy, the service was lacking. I was told the breeder for my puppy only ships puppies on Thursdays, so I took the day off from work and scheduled the vet exam on Saturday. Then I’m told the puppy will be delivered this Tuesday. As of yet, I haven’t received any flight info for my puppy or a current picture of the puppy, which I’ve requested. Also, I did my own research. They barely helped. I asked for assistance, but was told they were too busy to help me find a puppy. Overall, I took less than an hour of their time. Person I spoke with was very nice and polite, but not very responsive (once I purchased the puppy). I asked what size collar should I get for the puppy and it took him 10 days to answer the question. I asked a couple of questions about the puppy’s disposition and understanding of basic commands and it took several days to get the answers. I have misgivings that I will even receive the puppy. I’m not happy the day was abruptly changed at the last minute and I have to find a way to take the day off. Yet, I don’t have any concrete flight info and I’m uncertain if the puppy will be coming on this day. Also, when I was told the puppy would arrive on Thursday, I scheduled her vet visit for Saturday. Now, because she’s scheduled to arrive Tuesday, my vet doesn’t have any openings within the required 48 hours. Things are very much up in the air. The puppy from the pictures is adorable. But I’d like to have a recent picture of her and firm flight details. I will update review more positively if the puppy arrives safely, healthy and I get the flight details by Monday morning (tomorrow). Thank you.

PuppySpot and my breeder kept in perfect touch with me and provided me with all the info I needed for my frenchie. Not a negative thing I could say about them. I had a great experience!
