DO NOT BUY A PUPPY HERE!!!

RECEIVED A SICK PUPPY THAT LATER DIED AFTER $1200 VET BILL..NEVER RECEIVED REFUND OR EVEN AN EXPLANATION WAS TOLD NO THE DOG WASNT SICK UNTIL I HAD IT ..BUT DATE ON VET BILL IS ONE DAY AFTER RECEIVING PUP AND STILL THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ...OBVIOUSLY THESE DOGS ARE NOT WELL CARED FOR AND ARE ONLY PROFIT MAKERS FOR THESE PEOPLE

These guys are just plain rude and expect you will take them at their word on the details of the puppy. The guy Keffe was very unprofessional and wouldn't give me a chance to talk. He was trying to talk over me just to get me to buy. They were unwilling to furnish any legit details about the puppy, lineage, see the puppy ahead of time. Sounds like a total scam!

I have sent my grievance to Puppy Spot. A terrible website. A rip off for buyers and a negative set up for true honest breeders. I will never, stop telling folks about the negative way they advertise. This is not the breeder but the web site!!!!

I had an amazing experience! The staff(Chantal) and others were great, they helped and provided information and help every step of the way. Our dog is perfect! He’s loving, gentle, and in perfect health (per vet) . He’s a newfy which is supposed to be their nature , we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and outcome

If you are thinking of getting a puppy from puppyspot be VERY careful. I gave them 3 different airports (two international) all less than 90 minutes away. Instead I got sent to an airport over 3 hours away. However this is not the worst of it. The puppy is Cargo and therefore sent to a depo 7 miles from the airport and I would have no instructions so it took over an hour to find the place. This surprisingly was not the worst of it. Because the puppy is cargo she sits out on the runway for the hours 3 hours waiting for enough other cargo to fill the trailer that it is necessary to bring it to the depo. By the time I got the puppy it would be 6 weeks before she could hear anything and then she was terrified of a whisper. Now I find out that my puppy is not what she is suppose to be. According to the DNA she is 25% mutt. Not only did I get the dog abused I did not the breed I thought I was getting. If this is important to you get the DNA test first so you can make an informed decision. The only reason this is 2 stars instead of one is because the breeder provided video of her playing. From that her body language and characteristics I know this is totally the same dog. So before you get a dog from puppyspot be careful and know you may never really know if this dog is pure breed or if it came from a puppy mill.

Buyer Beware do your research before DOING BUSINESS WITH PUPPYSPOT .

Was skeptical at first because of so many mixed reviews. But took a chance because we fell in love with our little baby. The communication was excellent we were always aware of what was going on with our baby and the process. Vet check was great 100% healthy baby. We paid additional for airplane nanny and that was the best thing we did. We got so many pictures during the trip which gave us ease of mind. It was beyond what we expected. To the moment we got him it was the best feeling ever receiving our little bundle of joy. Thanks to the team at Puppy Spot for the amazing experience and communication
