Wonderful experience!

PuppySpot staff were very helpful in the process of getting our new fur baby. They have stringent guidelines/policies in place to ensure healthy puppies. It was great to have a conference call with PuppySpot, the breeder, and myself to have questions answered. They helped me be comfortable with getting him from Indiana to California. He arrived in good shape--well taken care of before, during, and after his flight. They have also stood by to assist in puppy acclimation issues providing support/advice. Based on my experience, I highly recommend PuppySpot to anyone looking to expand their family!

Rachel and the others folks at PuppySpot were simply amazing! They couldn't have been more professional, informative and responsive to my wife and I while at the same time showing the utmost concern for the welfare of Raylan (AKA Cruz).

Not recommended. We searched for months on their website waiting for the right puppy. Then we came across our Vern and knew right away we had to have them. Our problem was we would not be home to receive Vern for another two months due to family travel. Michelle assured us that she had spoken with the breeder, the breeder said they had no problem holding onto Vern longer but we would need to pay an extra fee. We agreed to pay the extra fee. Then the morning of we go to put our Money down, Michelle calls us and tells us that she just found out from her manager that they can't hold a puppy for any longer than 30 days even though it would be staying with the breeder and they won't make an exception for us even though we've had a week of conversations about this very issue. So much for caring about getting the puppy placed. Overall very sad and disappointing experience. We would not recommend them at all. Our hearts were broken.

Recently purchased two English bull dog pups who both showed up with UTI and yeast infection in their ears which was only discovered two weeks after trying to potty train them. For the price paid I would have assumed there would have been a clean bill of health. Not impressed and would never again purchase from them.

One week ago my home was blessed with the cutest fur baby. Thanks to PuppySpot this was the best and easiest process. I picked my Calli from their web site. Told them the breed I was looking for, the sex and they kept sending me options. When I saw the baby I fell in love with, they did all the rest. Helped me thru the process, answered all my questions, made all the arrangements, with a personal puppy manager who was always there when I needed something. If any one is looking for a great experience with finding a new fur baby, I HIGHLY recommend PuppySpot.

we could not be any happier with our baby boy SCOOTCH. he is the sweetest most lovable little puppy we have ever been around. he doesn't yap nor does he whine or fuss at all. he is a good little eater and leaves his dish when he has eaten all that he wants. for 10 weeks old we have him 75% potty trained. he is a havaneese breed. had him to vet and dr fell in love with him. our neighbors all love him. I was a little leary about buying a puppy on line, but believe me it was a great decision and the money was well worth it. LOIS S. LONG NECK DE.

Be very careful with puppy spot as they are only brokers/middleman they make a bunch of money for no work and or understanding of the breed. I found them as they had an ad for Belgian Malinois and they were asking 3,999 for pups that had no OFA certifications and they were very secretive about everything.
