At first I was a little scared to buy from PuppySpot after reading the reviews but I decided to take a risk and it was worth it. My family and I received our beautiful Great Dane in 2 weeks. The PuppySpot team walked me through the whole process until my puppy came home to us answering any questions or concerns that I had. PuppySpot we will see you soon for another beautiful member of the family ! I recommend PuppySpot! You won’t regret it!

I am very happy that I found puppyspot.com, to help me find my beautiful pure breed, champion blood dachshund, from a very professional breeder in Missouri. They helped me from A to Z, responded all my worries through their app, I got very well prepared to receive my baby of 8 weeks old in La Guardia airport and bring him home in Manhattan, NYC. I went to the vet to check him as they requested and he is very healthy and so beautiful, nice and so smart. I really want to thank puppyspot.com and the breeder from Missouri who also did a very good job as she has a lot of experience. What an advance system puppyspot.com proposes to their clients. Incredible experience. I wish I could have take his brother or sister with me !

My wife and I were so pleased with the professionalism that Puppy Spot gave us we went ahead and bought a brother and sister pair of German miniature Schnauzers. From the time of the first phone call to us receiving our new babies Puppy Spot showed us nothing but kindness and were very thoughtful explaining step by step what was to happen. I would highly recommend Puppy Spot to family and friends because I know they would receive the same level of professionalism that we received.

I was assured that my puppy would travel safe and comfortably. Not so. My puppy was in transit for 9 hours with nothing to lay on except a thin layer of shredded paper. He arrived terrified and with no water. His cage was not secured. He is so afraid of his kennel that I can't kennel train him. He is frightened to be alone and cries pitifully if I get more than 2 feet away from him. Plus he arrived with a deep scar on his side. What on earth happened to this poor animal? I read all of the glowing reviews and really thought Puppy Spot was the greatest. What a disappointment. How cruel to treat a loving animal that way! Shame on you. I should have gone to the shelter.

Time and time again I have unsubscribed and asked them to take me off their e-mail distribution list. They have failed to honor my request.

Absolutely disgusting service. Tried to understand their practices and get more information about a dog and was told to shut up when I asked why photos of the dog's parents weren't available on the website. What started out as a friendly conversation turned terribly wrong. The associate must have just been having a bad day (I hate to believe people are actually that ugly in real life). Outside of his attitude, a few things really freaked me out. He said the extremely high price was because they have a 10 year genetic health guarantee. I said, wow, that's great, what does it mean? He said if a vet finds an issue with your dog that's linked to it's genetics, they will replace your dog as long as it's within your 10 year window. I asked why anyone would want to give their family dog back and get a replacement? Why not help with vet bills? That's when he said this really just isnt the service for me. Considering they don't sell adult dogs, I'm curious now what happens to the poor dogs that get "sent back". =( It's truly terrifying. This company is absolutely appalling. DO NOT ADOPT A PUPPY FROM PUPPYSPOT.

I have gotten two puppies from PuppySpot and couldn't be happier with both experiences. I would highly recommend PuppySpot to anyone looking to bring a furry friend into the family. The staff keep you informed at each stage of the process, answer any questions you may have, and go above and beyond by providing additional information, such as the parents of the pup. I even got a call from the breeders to make sure my puppies arrived in good health.

PuppySpot made our transaction smooth and they delivered the new member of our family safe and sound. Thanks to my frenchie’s chaperone Frederick. He sent me videos and pictures while they traveled from Florida to here in LA. I recommend you to check their website and you’ll find cute and adorable puppies just like we found ours.
