I used PuppySpot for the first time and would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a safe, easy way to find their new best friend! From Tiffany, my Puppy Concierge to Lindsay, my Puppy Manager, everyone was so helpful! I had a million questions since I had never purchased a puppy this way and every one was answered beyond my satisfaction. They genuinely want to help you find the right puppy for you and are with you every step of the way until the puppy reaches your home. Lindsay even called me the day after I picked up my puppy to make sure everything was going well and to answer any additional questions I might have. I truly had such a wonderful experience with PuppySpot and will definitely buy my next puppy through them!

After selecting two English bulldogs to get more information about, my salesmen, Keefe, said he would call me back with info I had inquired about. 5 days later, after no word from him, I contacted him. He told me “sorry the dogs were sold”. Totally unexceptable customer service. Beware dogs shown on website are not available.

I am thrilled to have Elsa/Athena. She is a beautiful and clever puppy. The arrangements made to bring her here were perfect. It could have been a nightmare. The words "airport" and "puppy" do not usually go together. Also, it was helpful to get a list of the things I should have on hand for Elsa. The only thing I have not liked is the number of emails. It should be cut down. And I don't care about the AKC. I hope they will stop bothering me. Elizabeth

This company still hasn't refunded over 1,000 dollars to me that I put as a down payment of a Doberman puppy. I am a combat veteran that informed this company that I was looking for a service animal. At first Susan, a puppy concierge acted like she truly cared about the situation I'm in. Always stating that at any time I could count on her and she would always respond to me. That's a lie. As soon as I asked for my money back because I was getting the run around about getting this puppy from Texas. Susan, Has blown me off along with the management of this company. It's getting to the point where I will be contacting a lawyer along with the BBB. This company lies to its customers and treats United States veterans like garbage. I ask all that read this not to buy anything from this company.

Lied to my friend and gave her a dog with various health issues after claiming they were healthy, refused to help with medical bills, and wont return or answer her calls. They also got the dog FROM A PUPPY MILL when they say they only get from "reliable breeders"

We were going to get a dog and we already paid for it but it turned out the breeder sold him to someone else and didn't take him of the website

PuppySpot continues to be a big disappointment. First we received a different puppy than we purchased. They kept telling me I was wrong. Microchips were different. Once PuppySpot realized they hhad a problem, they would no longer take my calls or return them. Finally they offered a reduction in price which we accepted. Took a long time. We bought him end of March and had already paid for professional dog training. I have continued to wait for AKC registration papers. A week ago found (from AKC) that registration was cancelled by PuppySpot. No one told me from PuppySpot. I followed up with Knute, Operations Manager, who assured me I would hear back by the end of the day last week, from PuppySpot. I call and leave messages and no return calls. It's the same style they continue to have. We love the puppy but very sorry to have dealt with a company who does not honor their word. Very good on the sales end but extreemely poor if there is an issue!

It was a great experience
