This is the worse company i have ever delt with! We bought a dog from them almost 3 yrs ago still have not received any paperwork our dog is not purebreed like they said and this is after we had our vet and trainer tell us he looked small and each wrote letters. When we contacted the company they said they needed a dna test done so we forked out more money for a test which showes our dog is only 62.5% the breed we were promised. They have yet to return a phone call even though i call 2-3 times a week and if u r lucky enough to get ahold of an actual person all they tell u is someone will call u back. The only call i have ever received back was bc i stopped payments and then the guy called back on easter left a message saying he would be in office the next day and when i called he had the day off. Do not buy threw this company!!!!

From the very beginning of discovering the PuppySpot website, we've been very pleased with working with them. The male golden retriever choices were extensive and very well described. Each step of the way was positive and even though we were very worried about the LONG flight and 3 planes for our puppy, he fared well and within 36 hours of an 11 pm arrival, he was happy and energetic. He's a gorgeous puppy and it was love at first sight if not before.

I recently purchased a puppy only to find out the breeder already sold him. PuppySpot sent me congrats emails (5 of them), took my money, and had travel scheduled the following Friday with travel fees paid for ($399). I find out in a random call on a Sunday that the dog wasn't available. No apologies, didn't tell me when I'd receive my reimbursement only that I would be refunded. Thanks for getting me extremely excited about my new best friend only to crush me. Already bought dog toys, bed, food that they told me I needed that the puppy was already on, etc etc etc. PuppySpot is a sham, they could care less about you and that puppy.

Kevin - As a dog-loving community committed to bringing joy into homes across the country, we were disappointed we failed to meet your needs. We understand it must have been very disappointing to learn that the initial puppy you selected was no longer available. Unfortunately, the breeder had placed the selected puppy locally and failed to inform us in time to remove his profile from our website before you had made payment. We take pride in being a trusted and transparent way of finding a furry family member, which is why we contacted you and removed the puppy’s listing as soon as we became aware of the error. We care deeply for our puppies and puppy parents and truly apologize for the miscommunication on our part. In an effort to make things right, we worked with the breeder to match you with another puppy at a discounted price, but you declined our offer and asked for a full refund, which we quickly processed and refunded to your account. PuppySpot is a community and will always be here for you should you wish to work with us in the future.

We now have a second dog we have purchased only from photos as puppies. Both times it could not have gone better and the dogs have turned out to be great!

My husband and I wanted to purchase a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and we saw a handsome beautiful male puppy on their website. We saw the price of 3,489 dollars which is expensive but I wanted the puppy so bad, my husband wanted to gift him for my birthday. We were helped by a customer service agent who helped us pay for the dog to the breeder. We did not receive any paperwork or information about the breeder but were offered a telephone conference. The company failed to set that up and we started to feel uneasy about buying a dog at that price without paperwork. After 2 days of paying for the dog, we decided we wanted to cancel for a refund. Without a refund policy posted on their website, they took 100 dollars of mine and it took a couple of weeks for the money to go back. The phone refund experience was unpleasant with their representative. Needless to say I am happy I chose to buy my new puppy from a legitimate breeder locally in california. The dog came with papers and pedigree information. I learned online from someone else's tip to look up breeders that are legitimate off the AKC registered breeders website and you have to be careful because even those are not all good. It requires a 30 dollar fee just to register your dog. Make sure you get proof of the dog's genetic testing for any diseases. The average price is 2,500 for a welsh corgi. I can't believe they're trying to sell them at 3,500. What a joke. My dog is champion blood line, handsome, well-behaved, and he was 2.500. Do your research people! I no longer trust puppy spot because I saw the dog we almost bought online with an new name and he is not sold yet a month later. I wonder why (sarcastic remark inserted*). Good luck!

PuppySpot has been amazing in helping us acquire our Bella (formerly Frankie). All staff that we spoke with were genuinely personable and caring. To us, this is vital when making such a huge life decision. We appreciate you! If I had one suggestion it would be to let your clients know upfront that there will be several outreach efforts from Third Party Vet, Pet Partners, and more. This was confusing to us and I was talked into purchasing AKC registration documents of Bella and her blood line for $300. I did not realize that this was not required. Then there is the insurance offered and Pet Defense. They all sounded good though the process was/is confusing.
