5 Stars across the board. The Sales process with Linda Fernandez was outstanding. She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the bread I wanted. She helped coordinate all my discounts since I adopted a brother and sister. She simply was awesome. 5 Stars for Mikayli Manes, my Puppy(ies) Manager. Her continue contact with the breeders and me gave me confidence that I could trust PuppySpot. Mikayli updated me consistently with pictures and videos. I could tell from the videos that they were coming from a good and loving home (breeder). She listen to me when I was nervous and concerned. I had heard a scary report about purchasing puppies from the internet where 80% of them are scams. The constant contact and the growth I could see in my puppies relieved my concerns. Mikayli simply was awesome. 5 Stars to Accounting/Delivery (2 different departments), My puppies (Goldendoodles) arrived in great condition after a very long trip (Alaska). They were able to ship both of my dogs for the cost of delivering one. I had paid for 2 and when the accounting department found out about the savings, they refunded the cost of the extra shipment. Thank you. Rachel Brown the Accountant is simply awesome. I fully recommend using PuppySpot for your new puppy purchase. I would definitely use them again.

My experience buying a puppy through Puppyspot was awesome. They contacted the Breeder for me, purchased my puppy and arranged air fare and travel for him. They also completed the New Owner Registration for the AKC papers and activated his AKC Rescue microchip number. The communication with the company was beyond expectation. They notified me of every step in the process and were there to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Puppyspot.

They just resell puppies from other websites with a hefty premium.Do your research - the same puppy may be sold elsewhere for hundreds and even thousands less!

Good luck getting PuppySpot to stand behind their so called "health guarantee". I had a puppy arrive sick. She was diagnosed wih kennel cough within 24 hours of arrival. PuppySpot's response was "sometimes puppies get sick" a patronizing and condescending response. Puppy was to have been checked out by a vet prior to travel. Kennel cough has a 1-2 week incubation period so the puppy didn't get it after 1 day of travel. Then trying to get answers on when I will be reimbursed for vet bills due to her being sick....good luck.

I bought a black German Shepherd puppy from PuppySpot. The price was horrendous but it included an airfare cost and was coming from a 20 year breeder of black Shep. I asked for a convenient ship time for my schedule, but they changed it to another dayThen they revarified ship date and it was back on my requested day. I went to the airport and waited, they finally checked and she was not to arrive until the original day they had set up. I got in touch with my puppy consiearge, who simply said sorry. That’s it for wasted time and gas! When the puppy arrived she was cute as a button, but had some sneezing. She was very slight in weight. Her appetite seemed good in the beginning, but quickly deteriorated. She was very vomity without effort, it would just fall out.She would eat her own stool and her milk bones , but was easing off eating her meals. Eventually she even ate her peepads in her cage, which sent her to the emergency hospital. Upon xraying her they came away with a diagnosis of Megaesophagus, a birth defect which makes eating very difficult. The breeder should have noticed a problem upon weaning. Also with intense bloodwork , kidney function was in question. This defect calls for feeding her in a special chair that keeps her upright. The further dilemma is that in eating there is a possibility of food entering the windpipe causing possible episodes of pneumonia. I got the puppy at 8 and a half weeks and she was barely 16 weeks old. I had fallen in love with this chosen puppy and my heart is broken. I am trying to deal with the health advocate with very little success. This has ended up being a devastating experience.How it will end up I don’t know, but there is a living being in a terrible way. For the public out there,, DO NOT DEAL WITH COMPANY!!!!!

Our family has enjoyed our Havanese puppy that we got from PuppySpot for over two years now. PuppySpot has been great to work with. The Customer Support person they assigned to us was easy to work with, very professional, walked us through the whole process, and kept us informed all along the way. I would definitely use them again were I to purchase another puppy.
