At first, PuppySpot looks like a great website with lots of puppies to purchase. However, the salespeople are just that... salespeople. I asked two different salespeople how big the puppy that I chose would grow to be. One said 70-80 pounds and the other said 100 to 120. They really have no idea. They will tell you anything to sell the puppies. They promised to send us photos and videos of the puppy after we purchased her. They never did. They promised that the breeder would answer our questions about the puppy we purchased. They never did. Even worst, the puppy that I purchased arrived sick. Two veterinarians confirmed that the puppy was sick for several days before shipping. Also, the customer service people did nothing to help our sick puppy. They just quoted the warranty, which actually does not cover illnesses that the puppies may have when you purchase them. So, the health warranty that PuppySpot promotes really means little. I asked multiple times to have a supervisor or someone from management contact me. No one ever did. And emails and calls to their customer service were not returned. We learned our lesson and will never use PuppySpot again, but will rather go straight to the many breeders available.

These people were contacted days before pick up and I'm supposed to pick him up no ID or CC required because my dad purchased him while overseas. They claim no one is in the account and this is not how you run business saying “I can’t tell you anything” WHEN I HAVE ALL FORWARDED EMAILS PERIOD. So these people need to get they’re facts straight when I have all info with their 4.9 stars out of 10, I expect a refund for my dad and an apology because clearly my ESA will be from another person. Update: I didn’t even get my dog today Update: They’re now helping me. I’ll post anything that happens.

purchased puppy, was then told It was not available , choose a different puppy, paid , worked out date for.flight. they.missed the date, then promised saturday.flight, I agreed , oops puppy spot fails to deliver on this. The app is a joke, it is not a chat if it takes 2 to 4 hours to get a response. I am always caller 4 or 5. And I always get voice mail. I have talked to puppy manager and I still don't have a flight number or confirm date .a lot of money, poor service, And worse yet no puppy. I would never use this company again.

Was kind of worry about buying a Puppy online But I took a chance and went for it.And glad I did.We fell in LOVE with our little Boy Who we name Teddy was Drew. Puppy Spot are fantastic to work with.They were there all the way till he came home still Check on and us to make sure he's is doing ok. Thanks a lot People at Puppy Spot. We are one big Happy Family.

My experience with the PuppySpot was excellent. It has been nearly 4 years since the death of my last fur baby. Charlie was with me for 17 years, so the decision to get a new dog was not an easy one. The PuppySpot was very responsive to all of my questions throughout the process, which included reaching out to the breeder for additional information, videos and pictures of the puppy. I appreciated that the individuals I communicated with understood the significance of this decision, and they made each step an easy one. My puppy Jake flew all the way from South Dakota to Portland, Oregon. He arrived healthy and happy with all of his paperwork. I took him home and every day has been AMAZING! The PuppySpot continued to followup even after Jake's arrival to ensure things were going well. I highly recommend the PuppySpot!

I purchased my great dane puppy from puppyspot and I am very happy with the service! The puppy concierge was extremely helpful and my puppy arrived to me healthy and happy. My puppy did need to be shipped from the USA to Canada and puppyspot arranged everything! The price to pay is definitely worth it!

Take your money somewhere else!! Worst customer service and no communication when it comes to delivering your puppy. So upsetting and frustrating that they can’t communicate after you pay them top dollar for “high quality” puppies. My whole family was heart broken when they continued to change puppies arrival date. On top of everything they screen their calls, they never answer, and never call back. I’m extremely discussed to the core that a company like this exists in today’s modern world with technology and the ability to write reviews etc.

Was very satisfied with PuppySpot! Wife and I fell in love with our black pug puppy Teddy.he is everything we hoped for and then some.very energetic and healthy from head to tail. PuppySpot guided us through every step of the way with planning and helpful tips for raising a healthy dog.we would certainly refer PuppySpot to anyone looking for their next best friend.
