Puppyspot has been amazing! Dont let the prices scare you away, that old saying that you get what you pay for couldn't be any more true than our experience with puppyspot. We fell in love with our pup as soon as we saw his face. Between all they offer from the no puppy mill promise to the health guarantee and pedigree of the dogs makes it all worth it. From our first contact with Savannah, their above and beyond the line of duty attitude has really sold us on this company. Even after we had initially begun the process to purchase our new baby, they have taken the time to insure all of our concerns were addressed even if it was after normal business hours. Their puppyspot application keeps you informed of every aspect of your puppies life and his/hers progress in their journey to join their new family. Its complete with even a text message feature direct to your puppy manager for those last minute questions or to answer any concerns you might have. Everything was perfect except some issues with a last minute flight change that, atleast as far as the pups safety was concerned should never have happened. I would also ask questions as to how your new bundle of joy gets from the breeder to the airport. This added a significant amount of time in transportation. Our pup made it through the transfer ok, but the amount of time spent in the travel crate was a real concern. As well as the lay over with the airline. Insist on only a direct flight if possible for your pups well being and safety. But honestly, the breeder probably was where our concerns should be placed, as they are the ones who make the transfer arrangements, but everything worked out ok. Even after his arrival, Puppyspot has stayed in touch insuring any questions are addressed. They certainly have made a repeat customer out of us! Puppyspot is outstanding and we would certainly recommend them for anyone who wants more than just a dog, they have earned every one of the 5 stars in our review. Well done puppyspot.

I wasn’t able to talk to my manager when I called. Always had to leave a message. Giving only 2 days to schedule a healthy pet visit is bad! Every vet I contacted couldn’t complete it for a least a week! Sales person was nice and could always contact her.

He recibido mi cachorro el día de ayer y realmente sobrecumple todas las espectativas que tenía mucho crédito para su criador precioso y excelente este cachorro Una muy buena comunicación con el señor Paul y la señora María increíble manteniendome al tanto de todo los pasos con mi cachorro incluyendo fotos y más. Muy contentos mi familia y yo con todo gracias y una vez más muchísimos créditos para su criador

Very hard to get answers to questions. Too many people involved in the process. I felt the "travel" costs/expenses were excessive - especially for a pick up. Their app didn't work when I tried to use it. The whole process was frustrating.
