I would give 5 stars. But not quite there. 4.5 if given the choice Puppy purchase was very good. There was a gap in communication from time of purchase to getting information about the puppies. Everything was great once we had good communication. It was helpful to know their temperament, size, etc... Seems like the breeder Kris did a great job with the dogs. They were very loved. It would be good to know what training was done so we can continue the good work that was done. Overall, everything was good from two healthy puppies to the way they act to bonding with their new family.

I have been so in love with my new Golden Retriever, Graham!! PuppySpot could not have made it any easier. They provided pictures of the parents, set-up the transportation, and responded to all of my questions (and there were a quite a few). I would 100% use them again in the future.

You guys did a excellent job on keeping in touch with me & making me fill secure about how much you care about my puppy & his care Ty i really am enjoying my COMET he is so bad.😁😁😁😁

Excellent customer service; Great experience.

First and foremost, we are in love with our sweet Cavapoo pup - formerly Penni, now named Zuzu. Everyone was very nice and helpful but I wasn’t getting answers in a timely manner from my puppy manager via the chat function of the app, so I did end up having to call a lot, especially when her travel plans with one chaperone changed and we had another last minute. But Angela who travelled with her couldn’t have been more amazing and ultimately we are so happy with our lovable addition to the family.
