From start to finish, the process was simple and the company was easy to work with. Whenever I had a question, I would quickly get a response, and the employees were always friendly and accommodating. We had a little bit of a health issue that was discovered when our guy came to us, and PuppySpot is willing to help us work through some of this cost, all because we completed the New Puppy Examination as required. So happy with my new fur baby and can't picture life before him.

I was a little nervous about buying a puppy by only seeing a few pictures, but when we picked him up we were so happy . Shaggy is even better than we expected we love our dog from PuppySpot

The experience was wonderful. The puppy reached my house in perfect condition. They were very efficient in answering any questions and the whole experience was hassle free.

My overall experience was fantastic and I'm thrilled with my mini dachshund Oliver. I browsed puppyspot, got a call from an account manager a few days later, and had a puppy on the way 3 weeks after that. The only con I had was after my purchase was made, the contact back and forths were a bit more delayed than the initial touch point, probably because they had my money at that point, they also are very busy because everyone else is getting a covid puppy as well.

They help connect us to the broader who was also helpful in answering our questions and putting us at ease. They did exactly what they said they would and arranged for travel right to our front door.
