I would like to give Puppyspot a good review, but I cannot. Unfortunately, the folks at puppyspot are either inexperienced or dishonest. We were 'mislead' or lied to by the original puppy concierge and then spoke with a manager. The manager then made promises to keep the transaction alive. Later when the promises turned out to be lies, I left multiple messages for the manager, never to hear from him. Only form emails. I highly recommend a pet for your family. I also highly recommend finding that puppy with someone other than Puppyspot. However if you decided to use them, be sure not to make any promises to your family based on their promises and commitments. They will make you look bad.

PuppySpot personnel were attentive and helpful in making sure that we knew all of the steps along the way to getting our puppy. When we reached out with questions, we heard back quickly. In addition to the great service, I appreciated the vet check that took place before we received our puppy and then the encouragement to get one after to ensure that the puppy was in good health when she arrived. As a side note, I found the app to be slightly helpful but wish it included a little more information about the dog's family and updates on the photos. These were little details that didn't matter very much to me, but I want to note them.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Although the cost to purchase are relatively high, it was worth knowing that all the boxes were checked when dealing with the breeder and ensuring that our family was a good fit for the breed we chose as well as a good environment for the puppy. We appreciate the follow through even after purchase. Would definitely use PuppySpot again in the future!

Overall great job, need more drivers. He landed in CT at 1:00pm, Didn't arrive at my house until 11:30pm. He was dehydrated and afraid so he was pretty stressed out which he would be under the best of situations.

We are the proud parents of a beautiful and loving Yorkshire Terrier puppy. She’s very smart and so adorable! Puppy Spot was very good assisting us in the whole process and actually found Riley for us! Her breeder was very nice and you can tell that she was very well taken care in her first home!
