So I have looked up individual breeders around the country for 4 different breeds and I'm trying to figure out why I can get the same puppy which each breeder requires an additional 3 to 4 week of age before sending for half the price. And most of these full breed pups come certified AKC and some even come EKC/AKC certified. I have responded to the text message sent to me twice asking why the high cost and no one has responded back. I attempted to ask via the website, but I can not send my message. This lack of communication coupled with the outstanding increase in cost is making me say stay far far away from these guys and go directly to the breeder cuz then you know they will take care of these babies til they move into your home.

Everything from my first contact with PuppySpot till my puppy was delivered was positive. my only criticism is I wish I had been communicated with more often. My puppy is healthy happy and, need I say it, at the center of my life. She has brought such joy and love into my world. Everyone who meets her falls in love. In fact some want me to refer them to you. Thank you for all you did and all you gave.

Just about a year ago we bought our Goldendoodle puppy from PuppySpot. I was purchasing the dog for my daughter who had just had a number of serious surgeries and wanted to give her the best dog I could find. Of course we were in the middle of a pandemic and previously I only purchased dogs through the breeders. I was concerned that PuppySpot supported mills. Aside from proving to me that they did not support puppy mills they also proved to be a very knowledgeable and dedicated organization. Every person I spoke with was attentive and had great follow-up. The vets that reported to me about the check-ups for my pup as he approached the right age and weight for purchase was equally as attentive. And they hooked me up directly with the breeder, on the phone, so I could as very specific questions. My puppy, Quinn, was delivered to my front door, and came bouncing out of his crate in great shape. He brought the biggest smile to my daughter's face and tears to my eyes. I have had dogs all of my life, but never one like Quinn. His personality is unreal and he was extremely easy to train. I can't thank the PuppySpot staff enough for helping me through the process and being there for all of my questions. This organization and the quality of puppies is truly the best!

*UPDATE* Just got back our pup’s 3rd test and after finishing the third 10 days of antibiotics, she STILL shows spores of Giardia. This poor girl and our poor pocketbook! I am beyond infuriated. Negative, negative, negative stars for a review!! Treating these parasites is hard on the puppy and costs hundreds of dollars. Keep this in mind when buying from this company. Our sweet girl came with 2 parasites (one being Giardia) even though the “medical records” she flew with say differently. We had her tested the morning after the night we received her. After one round of two medications given twice a day, having to isolate her from the other pup (Giardia is very contagious) and paying $160+ on top of an already $5,200 puppy, her second test still shows Giardia. I even asked them about parasites before purchasing due to her location, and the gentleman told me “our puppies are not from puppy mills and they wouldn’t even be able to fly if anything came back positive”. Go figure. Now we go for another 21 days with meds, isolation and $160+. PuppySpot does offer to “pay for any medical treatment the dog has to receive if necessary” BUT read the fine print! The hoops you have to jump through are ridiculous. NOT a good experience and NOT a happy customer.

Puppy Spot was expensive. How ever. I received a wonderful puppy. It was clear the breeder spent a lot of time with her pups teaching them so many things. My pup knew what a bathtub was and can't wait to clime in. He knew many house hold things and noises. He was not afraid of them. He is a happy , healthy boy. I love him dearly. The breeder was happy to answer questions as well. I would change one thing. I was told on the pone that there would be more free vet trips. But there is only one. that was the only thing that was disappointing.

They were very competent, and delivered what they promised.

I highly recommend PuppySpot to get your new puppy. Every question I had was answered quickly and the compassion I found from the people I called to the person who actually delivered my Mia, was very heart warming. My experience was excellent.
