Our puppy arrived healthy and safe, which are the most important things. I thought the service was great and communication clear. Our puppy arrived 4 days early due to a plane arriving in MA the week before she was scheduled to arrive, so there was a bit of a scramble. The puppy concierge did call two days before to alert me to the change, and Puppyspot is clear that small changes in delivery date could occur. Overall I’m very pleased with the company.
