We love our new puppy, it was a great feeling knowing that they had checked everything out about the breeder as well as our new joy was ready to travel. it was fun to see updated pictures and hear about our babies mom and dad. We received a fun goody box of supplies etc. which was unexpected however really helped us with a base and understanding what we should have on hand for our new puppy. Overall, our experience was great and our new puppy is wonderful!!!

PuppySpot was so professional from beginning to end. I got the most adorable little Aussiedoodle. Every time I had a question or concern they were always available to help. Their app has many helpful tips and the delivery to me was seamless.

I was a little hesitant to use an online service to help us find out new puppy, but Puppy Spot was wonderful from beginning to end. They explained everything, Our puppy arrived healthy and exactly on time. They also supplied everything we needed before the puppy even arrived. We normally adopt, but because of Covid, we literally couldn’t find a puppy for adoption and puppy spot found our pup immediately. Definitely would Use again.

Good service, poor overall value. Communication was consistent throughout the process, puppy was delivered, healthy, etc. Cost was >2X the cost that the breeder sells puppies directly, and there is no way the PuppySpot service was worth a 100% markup.

We purchased our adorable beagle through Puppyspot. I initially was nervous because of the reviews. But she arrived healthy and happy. She was shaking when she first arrived but we took their advice and gave her some nutrical and she started to act like herself in no time. She is very healthy and the vet said she was perfect. I think the only issue I experienced was the lack of communication from puppyspot. The customer service chat was not helpful. It’s a very nerve wracking process and you want constant updates. Puppyspot managers typically just give you robotic answers and then quickly end the chat. This is not helpful when you’re worried about your puppy and her arrival. They also will constantly remind you that your delivery date could be delayed, which I get. But it’s always tugging at your heart strings because you never know if she’s really coming. My little puppy arrived just under 2 weeks after payment. I was impressed with this. Overall, great experience. Communication could be a lot better from puppyspot as most of the time, it’s just silence and you refreshing the app for any updates. And yes, she was a little expensive. But she’s healthy, happy, and the newest member of my family. I recommend puppyspot as my puppy is healthy and happy as can be. Just do not expect the clearest and best communication

Our 4-month old Cockapoo was purchased through PuppySpot.com. He was born in Missouri and arrived via private air charter. We attempted to adopt a dog from multiple shelters/rescues but were highly unsuccessful. Mostly, the available dogs were not the size or breed we wanted or had already been adopted. I filled out no fewer than 12 intrusive applications for rescue organizations and was turned down because either we were too old or too cheap ( $1000/mo for medical care wasn’t good enough). One rescue said we could not adopt because we were “onsies”....people who only have one dog were selfish! A cockapoo was the dog of our dreams and we checked online for breeders and availability. We were not interested in being put on a waitlist. That led us to PuppySpot.com, which turned out to be a successful endeavor. They excelled in communication with us, every step of the way. This may not be the choice for everyone, but for us, it worked perfectly and we are very supportive of the PuppySpot organization and system. We could not be happier.
