We had a great experience with PuppySpot. The entire process was made so easy and friendly. It's also great peace of mind to know that PuppySpot ensures that the breeders are checked by USDA and other bodies monitoring safe and humane handling of pets. Alvin (born Mason), the Cavapoo, is thriving and is a happy and healthy puppy. Thank you for a great experience.

I loved my experience with Puppy Spot. It was convenient, puppy came right to my door happy and bonded with me immediately. My puppy has been a joy and honestly I cant believe how smooth the entire process was. He was well adjusted and happy when he arrived. The only thing I wish was that I could have seen more personalized videos or some sort of video chat with the pup before purchasing. I felt a bit blind going in. It’s a lot of money to put down without knowing anything about the pup you are purchasing. Never having any sort of connection with them until the deal is done and they are flown to you and its too late.

I was a little sceptical of where the dogs came from at first. It took a long time to get my little bundle of energy, but PuppySpot did not disappoint! She came right to my door with all the paperwork I needed regarding her breeders. They've been very helpful as well with any questions I had. I would recommend PuppySpot to those looking for purebred puppies.

Would have rated a 5 star however the first two reps were not as helpful and gave inconsistent info. I did want to call out Curtis the Supervisor. He was fantastic and gave exemplary service. He was the one that made me reconsider cancelling buying our puppy. Wish that I had him from the beginning! We love our new puppy and are happy that we went through Puppyspot.

Wonderful Puppy - Communication Lacking We absolutely love our new puppy. He is a joyful addition to our family and I wouldn't change anything. However, the communication that PuppySpot has was not good. The people were nice, but it took 3 weeks to receive any solid answers on our puppy and every time I called or emailed, they talked in circles without giving me any information. It was frustrating - but our puppy did come happy and healthy which is all that really matters.

Brooke - We really appreciate you taking the time to share your candid feedback. Without it, we can't do better for our puppy parents, breeders and puppies. We're sorry for what sounds like the exact opposite of the experience we strive for. We want our puppy parents to feel confident about their decision to welcome home a furry family member and we never want any member of our community have trouble getting in touch with our team. Our team has taken your feedback to heart and will use it to improve in the future.

The sales team and the purchase process of my puppy was pretty smooth up up to the point of the final confirmation of purchase. After my last conversation with my sales rep, I was told to reach out to him if I had any other questions and was never able to get a hold of my sales rep again. During the weeks between when I purchased my puppy and when travel was arranged, I received very little communication from the Puppy Management team unless I called to ask for an update. At one point, I was told when I asked for an update that their team didn't know when they would have a team in my area to deliver my puppy. Once travel was arranged after 3+ weeks, I was called by the transport team who were thankfully very communicative and easy to get a hold of. My puppy arrived happy and healthy, however I have not heard from Puppyspot since the purchase except to remind me that I needed to submit her vet exam form, which I did and thereafter didn't receive a response with the 10 year health guarantee that is promised. I wasn't called to confirm that my puppy had arrived, and I have not seen any updates made in the app, it still has my puppy marked as "traveling" even though she has been here for almost 4 weeks now. Given how much I spent on my puppy + the travel fees, I expected MUCH more in the way of customer service communication and experience. I probably wouldn't work with Puppyspot again and I would not recommend to my friends or family.

Alicia - As soon as we received your feedback, a member of our dedicated Management team was quick to reach out in an effort to better understand where we may have failed to meet your expectations and see how can we improve in the future. Our relationship has just begun and we will continue to act as a source of support and guidance throughout your puppy parent journey.
