The overall experience was very good and would recommend your services to others. Your team members were very responsive and genuinely enjoyed everyone I spoke with. The only item I would try to improve on is the travel arrangements, it seemed like getting the final details ironed out and communicated as to the exact plans was to close to the actual arrival time. I would have preferred to know those details a couple days earlier so I could have had time to arrange my schedule (had to make a couple of last minute work meeting changes). Overall however it was a great experience and again would recommend your services. Thanks we are loving our new baby (Emma - new name Parker)

This company was very professional in handling the sale of my puppy. Everything went well. They kept you posted weekly with photos and videos of your puppy so that you could have peace of mind that your puppy was doing well and was making its way to you. The details of the flight were posted, information was provided to you on what to expect when the puppy arrived. The transportation service that they used is very professional in delivering your puppy with care. If I were to come into a bundle of money any time soon I would most definitely buy another poodle from here, but this time I would buy a standard poodle to go along with my family of dogs.

You didn't send the dog we ordered. You sent the wrong dog. But he's wonderful, even though he's an imposter!

I could not be happier from the start of the process until Zoey arrived at my apt. She is absolutely beautiful and so well behaved. The breeder must work very hard with training before they sent Zoey off to me. Puppyspot stayed in touch every step of the way. If I had questions I just asked and pics were updated several times. I would recommend puppyspot to anyone!!!

I would tell anyone who is looking for a puppy how pleasant my experience with PuppySpot has been. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to take the time answer all my questions. Even when I asked the same question two or three times. I love my puppy! If I were looking for another puppy PuppySpot is the first place I would go.

Loved the attention to detail on the phone. There was a problem - my puppy was in transit for an entire week. It was explained it had something to do with Covid and airlines, but it still seemed unduly hard on the puppy. However, the puppy, a bernedoodle, was beautiful and I doubt if there are many sites that will provide such a wide range of puppies with photos and videos showing his state of well-being prior to sale.

Puppyspot was very responsive when searching for a puppy. Unfortunately, we had a miscommunication during the travel when I was called indicating that my pup had been exposed to Parvo. After a couple of days of worry, we came to realize that it was the incorrect truck and my puppy had not been exposed. Then my puppy had a medical finding in which one of his testicles had not descended yet the puppy health form said they had both descended. The responsiveness from puppy spot when issues would arise was not as great as when I was searching for the puppy. I just recommend the company to increase their responsiveness when issues arise.
