PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

I was very hesitant to select and purchase an expensive puppy online. I saw the reviews and comments for PuppySpot and obtained a perfect Yorkie puppy! PuppySpot was also very attentive to the needs of such a small puppy. They called me, instructed me on the supplies I would need and that a small puppy can have hypoglycemia and the importance of noticing and immediately treating. The person that delivered the puppy was excellent. He came in beautiful condition and the person delivering spent time supporting my process of introducing the puppy to my other two dogs. I would not hesitate to order a puppy from PuppySpot. My new puppy is perfect!!

My puppy was scheduled to arrive on October 20th. Two days before the scheduled delivery date I got a notification that there was going to be a delay until November 6th. I called to ask what the delay was about and they simply said they have not been able to contact the breeder. To me that should be a big concern and this should have been communicated to me. I talked to a supervisor who was extremely rude to me and kept going around in circles when I was trying to get answers. I still have yet to see urgency with tracking my puppy and getting him delivered to me.

Fantastic concierge service that helps you along the way and proactively gives resources for everything you need without bombarding you with ads for themselves or partner organizations. Also, the mobile app is great.

Great Puppy! Came as agreed - door to door delivery from Mid-West to California. He arrived in a nice crate with food for the first week. All early shots and paperwork was taken care of. And, there was good follow up from Puppy Spot.

My little fur baby is absolutely adorable. Your customer service calls and follow up calls were Superb!

Very happy with my puppy.

I was wary of getting a puppy without meeting the owners of the puppy parents/breeders and meeting the puppy first. I have had 5 previous dogs (1 rough collie & 4 Shih Tzus). With each adoption, I have met the breeders and the puppy/siblings/parents in person. I spent time playing with the puppies, watched them all interact in their environment and let the puppy who seemed most comfortable in my presence pick me. Charlie (Chipper) was everything advertised & more. Sweet, playful, outgoing, somewhat socialized and adorable. He was definitely not housebroken at 3 months when I got him but he is a Shih Tzu. The transport from St. Louis, MO to New Jersey was seamless and the puppy managers helped me to delay his transport/pickup by three weeks, due to my work, for a nominal fee. Every puppy manager that I spoke with was kind, knowledgeable informative & the Puppy Spot continues to communicate through email & offer advice and follow up. I had sticker shock with the total cost but my last adoption was 5 years ago, my prior puppies did not have to fly to me from far away and I had to personally do all the groundwork and vetting of the breeders. The Puppy Spot does all of that for you. Charlie has an extended health guarantee (past 3 months), AKC registration and he is already micro-chipped which I have not had with my dogs in the past. I would highly recommend the Puppy Spot to anyone looking for a new best friend. Thank you.

Wonderful experience. Helpful, trustworthy and so happy with my new puppy!!
