PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

We are most happy with every aspect of our puppy and purchase. Our puppy was delivered clean and happy, she began to play immediately after the kind concierge delivered her. She is the textbook picture of the breed and is smarter than all of us in the house. She is growing and is a joy and a delight. Pricey, yes but I wanted the services and the guarantee which our attorney said were enforceable.

Our experience using puppyspot to get our newest family member, Sniper has been awesome. Starting from answering all the questions we had with customer service, to the safe and punctual delivery of our little guy, we’ve had a great experience. We couldn’t be happy with the condition of our puppy and his amazing temperament too. We would highly recommend using PuppySpot to our friends and family because of our experience.

I adopted my doberman puppy Amari from Puppyspot. She was definitely on the expensive side. More than what the original price range of a doberman is. The customer service is very good. Although you have to call them yourself to get updated pictures sent to you because they don’t actually update the pictures online and they only give updates every 2 weeks. The person who brought my puppy was very kind although I was concerned when we tried to get her to come out of the travel crate and she wouldn’t after after a few minutes. Could be because she was flown on a plane to get here. As she got older I realized that she has always had a lot of anxiety in all aspects. As a small puppy I felt this was very unusual. I socialized her with people, dogs, cats, public areas, no change. She’s very sweet but has too much anxiety. She is also having trouble with potty training. At 10 months now and she is still not fully potty trained because she has mild kidney disease. After her spay at 8 months she was hospitalized for 4 days due to problems with the anesthesia. A few months before her spay I did a genetic test which revealed she has the variants of DCM and that she is 32% inbred. At the hospital it was revealed she has mild DCM and was started on heart medications immediately. I informed Puppyspot about her DCM and sent her medical records. Since she is under a year old and her DCM is genetic, it falls under their health guarantee and I was refunded my medical bill up to the price I paid for Amari which was a little over 6k including travel. They were easy responders to my questions and I felt that I was in no way ignored or neglected during this fiasco. I am very unhappy they do not personally do genetic testing with their breeders. I do not regret getting Amari at all because I love her very much.

I paid $5000 for a puppy advertised as “available today”. I have to wait almost a month now and it is supposedly arriving the day before thanksgiving. Very inconvenient for the price I paid. Dishonest advertising in my opinion.

Was delivered very nice. Very nice girl brought him to me, kept me posted many times. He slept with me and my other dog the first night and ever since. Some jealousy going on, but they also cuddle together and get upset when one is missing. I am very happy with your agency, thank you.

We love Jake so much. He is a Cockapoo who has found a home that he has adjusted to completely. Thank you for all your efforts to make this happen!

Experience was very good except for two things. 1. How long it took to get my puppy 2. The amount of times per day they called trying to register the puppy. I'm very busy and even busier w a brand new puppy. It was very annoying!

We feel we got the best dog and the best service on the planet. Thank you for making this happen.
