The concierge service wasn't on point
The concierge service wasn't on point. We did not deal with the same person the entire time. It was tough to get ahold of someone when I had a question about my dog. On the other hand, we were able to find the perfect dog for us out of a wide selection. The process was fairly easy. The transport service was amazing.

Got my little angel last week.
Got my little angel last week. What an absolute fantastic sassy puppy. The process- The web site is pretty good. Information, pictures, videos. Helpful employees- they are they to help and answer questions. They are truthful, didn't lie. Very honest. The wait for transit - torture. Worse than a child waiting for Santa. Communication, - good. Although I would of like a status update saying all good.... I did contact them, and got response within hour. They are there to help. Nothing like having the transportation place her in my arms, as I had a tear coming down my cheek. This was a process, there is a waiting period, and the outcome so far is fantastic. Highly recommend. Pricey. A bit pushy on the add ons. But I got the greatest puppy in the world.

Communication was great!
Communication was great! Very punctual. Took Poppy to the vet the same day of arrival. She is very healthy. Karla was very friendly.

Everyone was very helpful
Everyone was very helpful! The only down side is it took a month to get my puppy. I wish that could have been faster.

Didn’t get the starter kit I paid for…
Didn’t get the starter kit I paid for or the delivery kit ether. If starter kits get delivered later you should let people know and I will demand a refund for the starter kit I paid for and didn’t get.

I love my puppy he’s adorable
I love my puppy he’s adorable. The staff was helpful on keeping me updated on my puppy and giving me tips. The delivery service was absolutely wonderful. They came early than the expected time. My experience overall deserves a 5 star.
