I'm really not sure how they vet breeders for their website. Their website/company looks legitimate but I wish I had read some of the reviews before purchasing such an expensive puppy. Puppyspot is extremely responsive and proactive with their messages leading up to the puppy's arrival. However, on puppy's first vet visit, we discovered that he had mites in his ear and had a small hernia. The vet said he had never seen such severe mites found in a puppy. It has already been about 2 weeks in our home and the puppy is showing all the signs of never been properly socialized. When I reached out to Puppyspot regarding his mites and hernia, they are suddenly unresponsive.

PuppySpot was fantastic with supporting me through my puppy purchase decisions. Since this was my first puppy, I had many questions, all of which were answered nicely by the PuppySpot team.

I like the ability to find my puppy and received updated photos. The additional contacts for upselling got burdensome. Little transparency into the actual delivery process.

I get home and the dog has parasites, which they say is not uncommon. My other dog now has these parasites as well so of course I’m paying to treat them both. When I pay what I pay for a dog, I expect more from Puppy Spot. They have yet to respond to me about these intestinal parasites and at this point I have accepted that I will not get any sort of refund to offset these costs. I would not recommend buying a dog from them. They collected their money and that seems like that’s the most important thing. Do not purchase from this company as they do not care about the customers after the dog is paid for. UPDATE: Heather called me and was so professional and so kind and caring. I’m updating my review to reflect the level of service she provided me with. She made my day better because she treated me with the utmost respect, grace, and empathy even when I was not giving her the same courtesy. Thanks again!!

Our Puppy arrived safely and the van drivers were great with her. She is a beautiful puppy, and though she has been here less than 24 hours, she is starting to adjust to her new surroundings. My experience with PuppySpot was great!
