I enjoyed my experience with Puppy Spot in finding my new puppy. I was given a lot of information about the puppy and the breeder. I was sent updates on what was happening. It took 2 weeks before my puppy arrived. I chose to have my puppy delivered to my home which was excellent decision and Puppy Spot arranged all the details. Would not hesitate using puppy spot again. Disappointed in an overall very bad experience. Deceptive advertising, poor communication and bad service. They call you quickly to pay when you have entered your information to get a puppy. Once you pay, total silence. I paid for concierge delivery which is promised to be scheduled in 3 days and complete in 7-10 days. After you pay, you get emails and calls from third party partners for upsells and no communication about delivery except an email that says it is normally 4 weeks. Totally deceptive way to swindle you out of $900. If you ask about this, they ignore you. Just a really poorly run company and I assume no employees.

Our family purchased a Morkie puppy through the website because we fell in Iove with his pictures. We waited for his 8 weeks so that he could travel but the travel date got pushed because the puppy was underweight. I asked the customer service person who called what the puppy current weight was they couldn’t answer. They gave some vague response that the puppy was between 2 ibs and less then 2.5 ibs but could not give me exact weight. They said they would call me by that Sat to give me an update from the breeder but they never called. I called them back on Monday for an update and got the same response that the puppy was underweight. I asked for the current weight again and they still could not answer. I asked for a call back from the health department and no one got back to me. I called again the following day and got a response that they emailed the breeder for an update and would let me know. I didn’t receive a response from puppyspot until 2 days later I received a text asking for confirmation of the puppies travel plans for the following week with date and time. My family was so excited and I immediately confirmed the date and time. Then the next day I get a call from puppyspot saying that the puppy was still underweight and the vet would not release the dog for travel. How do you confirm travel plans with me the day before but then call to say that the puppy cannot travel? I asked the CS rep if there is something wrong with the dog and asked what the current weight was. They said the weight of the dog was 2Ibs. How is it that this dog has not gained any weight in the 2 weeks that I’ve been told that the puppy is between 2 and 2.5 Ibs. Am I being scammed? Is this puppy sick? The CS rep told me that the vet said puppy had a hard time weaning but this was towards the end of my conversation when I started to ask if the puppy was sick. The lack of information and how they communicate is appalling. My experience with this company has been subpar and I would not recommend them. Purchasing a puppy just by looking at some photos and videos online is a stressful and emotional process and they have not made this experience a positive one.

Only 4 because I originally had a problem with delivery of my puppy. But, once identified CS was understanding, reassuring and very helpful. My puppy was delivered and was so energetic, playful and affectionate.

Great selection of puppies. We found the sweetest poodle. Services offered are great as well, and the personal contact leading up to the delivery was well received. The delivery guys were fantastic....friendly and professional.
