I can’t say enough wonderful things about my puppyspot experience! The customer service is above and beyond the greatest I’ve received from any company! EVERYONE I spoke with along this journey was super knowledgeable and incredibly supportive! They truly listened to me and went well out of their way to get the answers and to make sure I understood these answers. This could have been an overwhelming experience but with the puppyspot team behind me, it was an absolute pleasure!

Let me start with the negative...I was told the puppy comes with a 10 year warranty (so to speak) only to find out after the fact that I need to insure his health at approximately $50/per month. And after paying the amount requested, I learned of a $700 travel charge - evidently paying $2,600 for my puppy wasn't enough to cover transportation. After a week of ownership, I hear from someone from the AKC who was looking for another $250 to change my puppies registration with AKC. I pleaded no funds after all of the above and they settled for $60 to send me his chip number and "free" nametag. Now for the good, I enjoyed working with the inital agents - I was a bit difficult when I was told my payment didn't go through and they had every right to bark back at me but did not.

I told the salesman that I wanted a dog to go ahead and have puppies with my other dog at home. And now that I have purchased the dog. They forgot to tell me that in the terms and condition which was never told to me before the purchase. And they also forgot to tell me about That she had a hernia which is a hole in her stomach which means they dont recommend puppies and she needs surgery and I took her to the vet and it has giardia Which now my son has and had to take off the last 2 week's of school as well as my other dog getting it which both need to take medication. So i definitely didnt get a healthy puppy nor would i have purchased her under those conditions I paid $4300 for a dog that I could have got at the breeders which they got it for 2100 or less also according to the breeder he stated to me that puppy spot is suppose to inform of these things thats what he pays them for also when The puppy was delivered. I asked the transport company if there was anything wrong with the puppy or anything I had to worry about. And he told me there was nothing that. He knows as everything is in the ziploc bag of the paperwork and if you have any questions to call puppy spot. And they do not want to do anything about the situation to correct it. I would highly make sure if you buy a puppy from puppy spot. That you get all the details in all the records before you purchase or make a loan to get your puppy as they will do nothing for you.

I was very pleased with the puppy spot, they are very knowledgeable about the puppies. They walked me through the whole procedure of buying my Luna. Also the delivery service was wonderful, they kept me informed about when I would receive Luna and where to pick her up. I would highly recommend the puppy spot, and I would use them again.

I have now purchase two puppies. First experience better than second. Second puppy was driven and I feel over sedated for the trip. Not microchipped like the first. He is healthy and happy just as the first for baby.

puppy is underweight,took to emergency hospital after 2 days because of throwing up.not gaining weight and not 2 much play for being 4 months old.goes to vet this tuesday oct 3 to see if they can figure out what is going on.not to happy.

Our initial call to puppy spot was good and talked a friendly and knowledgeable person. We had difficulty setting up a pick up time. The administrator that we dealt with was not at all flexible with pick times. When we picked up our wonderful puppy he was dirty, smelly and had eye discharge. On the way home was coughing. A few days later we got him into our veterinarian and was diagnosed with kennel cough and pneumonia. We contacted puppy spot and received a message 7 days later stating they would contact us within 48 hrs. They called back 24hrs later and left a message say to call back. Called back they couldn’t help us. No one available in that department they would call us back. That was over 30 hours ago. Great puppy horrible service.
