It was a great pleasure to have dealt with a team that exudes nothing but professionalism, care and dedication. Form the time of me contacting and selecting our new family member with Alan to the various individuals along the way and the above and beyond qualify service provided to me by Will and Erin, it was a truly espectacular experience. I can’t thank enough the entire team for their patients and dedication. Well done, BRAVO!!

This was the most horrible transaction I have ever encounter. I have had Bella (tovah) since Feb. of this year. I went to Ohio to get her and upon returning to my home state of Arizona, within 24 hours she was in an emergency pet hospital in Las Vegas. After she spent 2 days and close to 3,500.00 in vet cost they offered me $150.00 towards the cost. I sent all the bills and gave them all the vet information so they could reach out to the vet. That was Feb 6th, and for 6 months I tried to get them to keep their word with the less than 14 day they cover the cost. Not so. they fight you the entire time in hopes you give up. I didn't i pushed forward and got the Presidents email address along with the other members and send them all the emails with the company. Additionally i filed a complaint with the BBB and started small claims court. 2 days later i received a call from the head of customer relations, I advised him of all the wrongs this company is committing... Double charging for the care package, the breeder pays for all the fees. They hide the real numbers for the experience with them... The sales rep's are on comission which is why you get tons of follow up before the sale and nothing after. They don't care about the animals only the money. Within 4 hours they deposited all the money i had spent on Bella. I am still going with small claims as Bella has a spine deformation which can cause issues later on... After speaking with a lawyer they advised I'm entitled to all money spent, including my travel and hotel and food. As I didn't get the healthy dog they sold me on line...

Everyone I've spoken to was super helpful and answered any questions I had. They are always available to help out before & after we got our 1st pup Tonka. Can't wait until Bear arrives next wk. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a puppy to love on.

After we chose the (gorgeous!) puppy that we wanted, the process was easy and PuppySpot kept us informed. Yesterday we met the transport vehicle, and our dog was clean, happy and exactly what we wanted.
