I love my new puppy! She was picked up tonight, October 5th. She actually arrived about 45 minutes early! Everything went so smoothly. The PuppySpot staff were outstanding with keeping me up to date on all the details. I recommend PuppySpot very highly!

The PuppySpot team as extremely communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. From our first inquiry to the day we received our little guy, we received regular communication, updates and important tips to prepare for our new family member. We were uneasy about the ground transportation but the drivers were in contact as they got closer to our meeting spot and our puppy arrived clean, healthy and happy.

Im giving the 2 stars because the dog is finally here and its the dog I ordered but I have to say this company was AWFUL to work with, I had to threaten them with legal action to get the dog, they said it would take 2 weeks, it was about 6. Everything is on their time schedule and they don't take into account yours. After you order the dog they won't communicate well further. We called to see if it was a scam and they lied to who they thought was a potential customer and said the dog has already been delivered to us, it was 4 more weeks of waiting after that. It was just a very stressful process and the company should a get a one star in customer relations. Would not recommend.

My new puppy came right on time, healthy and perfect! The transportation company was great and everyone I worked with along the process was really helpful. I was obviously very worried about buying a puppy online, but I couldn’t be happier with how it all went.
