My puppy is the absolute best!
My puppy is the absolute best and I couldn’t be more pleased. I like the health check/ report requirements of the breeder prior to arrival at his new home. I was pleased and very thankful with the letter from the breeder that was sent with him (along with the blanks). It’s nice to know about the home he came from, that they had already started potty training, and included helpful info and resources. I was displeased with the lack of communication from the PuppySpot puppy managers following my initial purchase. They either didn’t respond or took days to respond and were unhelpful. I had multiple puppy managers, so it wasn’t one person that let me down. The process of getting my puppy did not go as described when first contacted by PuppySpot about the purchase of my lil man. The lack of communication about the transport and the time it took to make the transportation plans was unacceptable (in my opinion) and then those plans were not accurately communicated. It was documented, in my account under the travel plans, that my puppy would be transported by a contracted company by vehicle. This was last minute and I had to take off work for the day to meet them at an unspecified time, provided a window of time later, and an approximate time the night before-day of. I was not aware my puppy flew before being transported to a meeting place, about an hour from me, until I got home, opened the paperwork, and seen the air cargo documentation from AA. The transporters communicated their ETA and let me know they were running 15 minutes late, greatly appreciated and no problems. No carrier, just handed me the puppy, which I didn’t mind but not as described on the site. No follow up from PuppySpot except to fill out this review!
