Everything they told me was exactly how it turned out. She’s seeing like she had no problems with the flight. The communication back-and-forth was with the high courtesy and understanding. The staff that I dealt with over the phone was very respectful and told me what to expect. They handled themselves with great courtesy respect, and explained everything so I could understand.

Everything went so smoothly, and we have the best puppy ever .... we love now making memories with Jessie as well 🐶🩷

We are so happy with our golden puppy! The process was so easy and they were always available to answer questions. The communication is outstanding from the initial inquiry right down to the transport drop off. Our puppy is sweet, has a great temperament, and is house training very quickly. We could not be happier!

Purchased a goldendoodle for 2,979.95 and then i got a call days later saying the dog was already sold by the breeder. Then when I went back on puppy spot they had photos of the dog I purchased stating that the dog is already home and playing with its owners. I feel completely scammed and they will not answer my phone calls. They also have not refunded my credit card. If i don't get my refund or hear back within the week I will be seeking legal action.

We adopted a puppy despite the mixed bag of reviews. We were hopeful that rumors of puppy mills and unhealthy puppies were rare and unlikely. We had high hopes at the start of this process and although sadened by the results of our puppys evaluation.. we still are hopeful that puppy spot will do right for our puppy and us. Puppyspot makes bold claims that these dogs are evaluated head to toe before transport and even bigger claims that they ensure the breeders they work with are accredited and respected. Having just lost one of our dogs weeks prior, we were excited and looking forward to getting a healthy, happy puppy. Everything went perfect in terms of purchase and transportation through pick up. We got home after an hour drive and took our puppy outside to go potty. We immediately noticed she walked crooked but we assumed it was because she was still figuring out her puppy legs at 18weeks old. As the hours progressed we realized the puppy had a visibly crooked hind leg that was also quite visibly shorter than the other. Something wasn't right we knew it immediately.. but how, we thought, since puppy spots doctors evaluate these puppies "head to tail"? How wasn't this noticed, we asked ourselves. I quickly checked our paperwork and realized we were never given her records.. strange, i thought but maybe human error. I emailed puppy spot to let them know our concerns and scheduled a next day appointment with our primary, trusted vet. Our suspicions were validated.. something is wrong with the leg.. $300 spent for shots and a physical with recommendations for x-rays given the visible and physical deformity. I again updated puppy spot and they advised that we 1-get a second opinion and 2-proceed with the xrays as a diagnosis is required before they can discuss next steps. Okay, we agreed to follow the advised protocol and followed up with next steps. The results are disheartening to say the least.. We met with a secondary doctor in our vets practice. She too conducted a physical and agreed the puppys leg is crooked and a full inch shorter than her adjacent leg having measured the precise difference. We then took x-rays $500.. our doctor reviewed them and was shocked to see that our puppy has an old break that had never been treated and had already calcified in the incorrect place. Though Radiology review is pending the break is so visible with and without xray that our doctor is confident they will come with the same diagnosis. I contact puppy spot again indicating this news, rightfully disappointed and saddened that our 4lb dog had gone through such pain without notice from the breeder nor their accredited doctor. How? Now we begin the uphill battle of next steps.. our puppy requires evaluation by an orthopedic specialist.. more $$ out of pocket after having already spent over 3k to get her.. with no guarantee of reimbursement of either her costs nor bills from all our doctors visits. What we know now is that surgery is highly inevitable for the longevity and integrity of our girls health. The damage is done.. discussions of possible amputation have begun as the break has stunted growth through the remainder of the leg and atrophied. How does this happen? How does a breeder have our puppy for ~18 weeks and not notice she is injured? Keeping in mind the puppy got her vaccines and SCREAMED at the pain.. as she did during x-rays. How are we to believe that the breeder is not running a puppy mill or breeding in a negligent environment? How are we to believe that our sweet girl truly was evaluated and palpated by a doctor head to tail and this was overlooked in human error when the injury and impact of the injury were so visible to us in the first hour of receiving our puppy? Something just doesn't make sense. Our case is still open and perhaps our review will change once we are able to connect with the health team through puppy spot.. which we haven't yet as they require more paperwork before we speak. We hope to come out the others side of this able to praise puppyspot for their integrity and commitment to the animals they facilitate sale of. We hope puppyspot will take our claim seriously and not only reimburse us for the costs of our puppy but also the accrued fees we are burdened with as a result of this negligence. Again, our review is subject to change but for now as we await next steps and integrity from puppy spot we have to give 1star... nothing is adding up. I believe in human error but it should be limited to one human and certainly should not have been missed from 18 weeks by the breeder let alone an accredited professional who was required to evaluate my puppy "head to tail".

5 month old cavapoo puppy arrived traumatized. Will not go to the bathroom outside at all. Scared of leash. Doesn’t eat kibble that Breeder said he ate. Lots of other behavior. Do not think puppy was taken care of. Like getting a rescue dog. It is going to take tremendous amount of training.worst part puppy spot didn’t return my calls for 3 days even though concerned about not eating or drinking. Refused any treats. Ears dirty😞good thing he is cute and wants loving.
