Getting my first puppy, all the info and communication and puppy managers were so helpful. Everything has gone great!

I had searched many sites and fell in love with the picture of my puppy on PuppySpot. There was a lot of communication until I paid for my puppy, then there was no communication until my time to cancel had expired. This made me nervous. I wanted to talk to a person. Later, my questions were answered and all was fine. I would recommend personal communication with the client. Although I am thrilled with my new baby, I did not expect her to be matted and have fleas. Maybe this is to be expected?Maybe fleas happened during ground transport. I would recommend you talk to the transportation service about fleas. I love my puppy and look forward to raising her. Thank you.

It was a great experience getting our golden retriever from you. My only complaint would be that the delivery wasn’t door to door.

OMG, from day 1, The Puppy Spot has been most helpful with Breed education, basic puppy information, specific breed information, (I.e., what to expect throughout the selection/purchase process, potty training, Vet and Pet Insurance referrals and oh so much more). Our puppy was delivered last night and she’s so happy and healthy. Our home is so alive now..

Although the initial puppy consultant was very nice & helpful - the rest of the experience was bad. Our puppy we adopted/purchased was sold to us over 3x the cost that the breeder charges. That cost did NOT include the shipping/travel charges. There was no communication from the point of purchase, until I was contacted over a week later with travel plans through an automated email. We had zero say in when the puppy would arrive, we just were given a time and place and had to make it work. Although we love our puppy, the process of getting him to us was extremely stressful and we feel duped with the cost we had to pay.

It took a long time of looking for that special dog. I also had qualms about buying over the internet. But Puppy Spot really delivered. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Puppy Spot!

I bought a cavalier King Charles spaniel from puppyspot.com. They were honest, reliable, and up front. We wanted to go with one puppy first. However, there was health issues but they called us right away to let us know and told us we can get a full refund or switch to another puppy. We chose to go with another puppy and there was a $175 difference that we had to pay. However, puppy spot paid the difference for us. They are very generous and kind. Would highly recommend for your next puppy!
