I was nervous about getting our puppy through an online site without meeting the breeder, but the company answered all our questions and our puppy arrived via plane 2 weeks later. It ended up working very well and we are happy to have him in our home!

This agency simply is a barrier between the breeder and the customer. This arrangement is convenient for the breeder to be able to sell their undesirables and not take responsibility. We bought a very expensive Australian Shepherd (nearly $4k) who is beautiful but after we took him home we realized he has the most severe behavioral disturbances (severe aggression) any of our three canine behavioral specialists had ever seen. All agreed he is genetically not suitable to live with families. When we reached out to Puppy Spot, we had no way to contact the breeder. Our heart was broken, our money was gone, and Puppy Spot and the breeder both made a nice profit.

When I first expressed interest in my puppy they were immediately attentive. But once I paid all that went away. It was very hard to get a response from them, things they promised did not materialize. They were not at all helpful about my being able to get the appropriate food for my puppy. When I was finally able to reach the breeders representative he told me that Puppy Spot had been told multiple times to let buyers know how to get the food. Puppy Spot sent so little food that I had to change puppy’s diet rather abruptly resulting in bloody diarrhea for this very little pup. All this could have been avoided. I would have given fewer stars but the puppy is wonderful.
