After purchase communication was a nightmare. very difficult to contact a real person - sitting on hold for very long periods. My sales person said she’d be there every step of the way but disappeared immediately after purchase. Was lied to about the dogs food. The flight was terrifying for the dog and there was no communication about her delayed flights. Really disappointed in the customer service. Questionable company. The vet records are also confusing. My vet had a lot of questions about why the puppy was dewormed so many times. I looked up the breeder info and couldn’t find anything on them. Seems very strange to me.

Puppy spot kept us informed of each step of the purchase. The puppy arrived just as described. And we are very happy with the help we received in bringing home our new baby boy.

The first contact with Puppy spot was with a young man Reynold. He was informative answering the many questions I had. I felt comfortable then going beyond the inquiry stage on that first contact to actually make the commitment to reserve our Puppy. What I appreciated was that the information on Puppy spot was up to date with the puppy's age which was critical doing this online. Over the two weeks I received emails with helpful information. The travel info was excellent as were the people at American answering questions about arrival and pick up. As we waited at the airport another couple were picking up a pup from Puppyspot. They also were positive. Honestly the whole process was like clock work. The veterinary report was excellent. I was surprised at that level of detail.

We lost our beloved Golden Retriever about a year ago and we wanted to fill that hole in our hearts, so we found Puppy Spot online and after doing some research, decided to utilize their company. We couldn't be more pleased with the whole process from start to delivery of our Mini Golden Doodle. They were incredibly professional, and we are very impressed. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a wonderful pet.

While we were very unsure about buying a puppy off the internet, the process was very easy. Having several puppies to choose from, breed, size, color and showing some demeanor in a video - all helped us pick our puppy. The travel part we were so skeptical on how that worked, but American Airlines took care of him and got him safely to us. We’ve had our puppy for 5 days, and while the puppy stage can be crazy, we are in love with our baby!

Fantastic customer service! Sweet, healthy puppy. VERY expensive with lots of fees though.
