Helpful staff. Quite good communication. I would recommend that once a puppy is purchased, there be a daily email that goes to the new owner, until the pet is actually delivered

Found my puppy on the website. Interacted with a puppy manager until all my questions were answered - very promptly. Bought the puppy. They arranged to fly her from Tennessee to Maryland. Excellent communications and directions on where to pick her up at the airport. I was delighted that she arrived with 2-3 days of food. Upon first vet visit she was diagnosed with ear infections and a parasite, promptly treated for both and PuppySpot paid both claims. Their service has been top notch!!

Delivery was great. Our new puppy is great. I wasn't told that in order for the healthcare guarantee to be effective we would need to purchase insurance. That's the only problem I had with this transaction.
