Everything went well with getting our puppy home

From the very first moment I contacted Puppy Spot about a particular puppy, the communication, customer service, and efficiency in which phone calls and emails were given were conducted in an unbelievable manner! Details were given about each step to take to bring my puppy home in such a polite and friendly way. I received a surprise supply box with the BEST blanket, bed, toys, treats and among other things right away. The most impressive, safe and timely manner was taken during the travel arrangements to get my Cavalier from Ohio to Georgia! He arrived right on time at a safe meeting place. I felt secure during the entire process. I highly recommend Puppy Spot for anyone wanting a healthy and happy puppy.

I was very cynical about buying a dog on-line. I’ve always purchased through a local home breeder. My experience with Puppy Spot has been great. The wait was tough, the team made it easier by making sure all my questions or concerns were taken care of.

I thought the communication was excellent. I knew exactly what to expect. There were no surprises. We did have an unfortunate event where we picked out a puppy, paid for her, but the next morning Puppyspot called to tell us the Breeder sold her locally. That was sad, but it was not the fault of the company. Everything was so informative.
