When I initially send response they responded late in evening. When I asked if was actual puppy pictured, acted like odd question .Hello well known scam. After several questions they came back as she was sold. I Said never mind. Then they said I was sketchy since. Wouldn’t speak on phone. Hello I work during day! Extremely weird vibe .

As a pet broker they have a few hurdles to overcome. When my pet arrived he had a number of medical issues. My current bill is up to about $400.00. This is over and above the cost of transportation, insurance, neutering, etc. I was told by a representative of the company that the bill would be paid. However, now that I have the dog I cannot get anyone to speak to me. The upside is that the escort was fantastic, he was always communicating with us.

Very disorganized company. Every time I called, I talked to a different person and got different answers to my questions. They made scheduling picking up my puppy more difficult than needed. They should have assigned someone to my puppy so I could call her directly. They also said my puppy was ACA registered but when I met the breeder, she had no registration paper for me. I’ve heard nothing from PuppySpot asking me if everything went okay. Brushed off now that I have my dog. Not right. If I bought a registered dog, I should have gotten papers to prove it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
