Everything was seamless from; perusing the website, to inquires response time, to the rep calling me to explain the procedures along with tons of other valuable information. I put my new boye Blythe [Now Blaze] on reserve immediately, and purchased him the following day. While waiting for my pup, Puppyspot continuously sent emails of great value, pet health, how to take care of my King Charles Spaniel, pet insurance. I recommend going with FETCH offered by Puppyspot. They were spot on with delivery and the transportation team kept in touch every step of the way until delivery. Day 2 and I'm so in love with my Blaze "e" Pooh.

I recently had the pleasure of using PuppySpot to find my new furry companion, and I cannot express how impressed I am with their service. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and transparent. The website is user-friendly, providing a wealth of information about each dog available for adoption, including detailed profiles, health records, and even adorable photos. We are very happy with our new family member

Over priced, over promised and under performing. We paid $287 for a "meet up" fee which allowed us to drive 1100 miles round trip to pick up our beautiful puppy who pees when initially petted, (she's much better now.) $187 "puppy pack" which supposedly valued at $350 turned out to be inferior products costing less than $100. The AKC "limited" registration was supposed to be prepaid but ended up costing $45. Would have been hundreds more if I didn't uncheck the options boxes! There are a lot of 3rd party referrals such as "Fetch" pet insurance to tap monthly fees out of pocket. If you sign up for all of the services recommended, you will be paying hundreds of dollars extra every month. We really love our sweet, lovey dovey puppy but would have explored other options rather than using this extremely costly service.
