This is our second time using PuppySpot. The new changes to the process made this a better experience than last time. The specialist (Heather) that called to review details was amazing! Not only did she stay late so that she could return my call and review my details, she told me everything I needed to know and even followed up with an email with additional answers to questions I had about the puppy that she couldn't answer on the phone. Our puppy was able to arrive much earlier and meeting at one agreed upon location worked well. It was exciting to see the other families getting their puppies too! The drivers were friendly and supportive with information about the travel and taking our puppy the rest of the way home went great!

The communication was first rate and the information was exactly what was needed to get through the process. Very professional and diligent.

I had no idea that we would have ZERO contact with the breeder. I assumed once the puppy arrived we would at least get some info about his routine in the form of a note or email OR I’d be able to look the breeder up. NOTHING. I cannot find EVEN locate the breeder anywhere online. I have no idea where our dog came from. He arrived with a baggie of food and a baggie with vet documents. NOTHING ELSE. No one that cares about dogs would do this. I feel like a fool for falling for this scam. I just hope our little guy is healthy because is adorable.

The experience was great.Everyone was very professional. I was kept informed about details of Max until the time I picked him up.im sure the travel was a little stressful but the drivers chuck and Clinton were awesome. The handoff! Was a definite plus. Max is happy at home with his human brother Michael and human nieces cheyanne and Serenity. We all vow to serve love and protect Maxwell Adrian Waldon! Thank you so much for allowing Max to come into our lives!

My experience with PuppySpot was excellent. I got good feedback from Dylan when I was picking a puppy and the little darling we got is already bringing us so much joy. She’s happy and at 17 weeks is already a bit housebroken. And what a cuddly little girl! The transport guys were dependable, and even early. I would have liked more communication about the puppy after I chose her and about where she was at on the basics, but I was not surprised by the lack.

Everything went as planned! This was a complex job involving a puppy from the mid west to Philadelphia. Job well done!
