Communication was great! I got exactly what I wanted at the time I was told the puppy would arrive. Very happy.

I could not have had an experience that was any better. Prior to Abbe's arrival, a CARE package came. The entire team performed beyond expectation. The travel to me was wonderful and the drivers were very very courteous I would recommend them again, Abbe is a delight and lives up to what was expected, She had her first bath and was a perfect lady. Her temperment js great and she is beautiful!

Everything in my experience with Puppy Spot has been excellent. The staff was very helpful (Derek) in my purchase, the calls from staff members to ensure I knew what to do once I received my new puppy. The whole process was fast and the communication from the delivery team (Rusty and his assistant) was very helpful in providing important information upon delivery, exact delivery time and a very happy puppy in my Rookie. We love our puppy that we finally received, but we had to complain that we were not getting regular updates or pictures on the progress of our puppy

From initial contact to delivery this was a great experience. It was agony during the waiting period to get travel arrangements but we stayed patient and all worked out. The extra educational info was welcomed and perfect. Our little toy poodle bundle of wiggles and hugs is fabulous. Healthy and even arrived 30 min early. Love from day 1.
