Great service! We only ever spoke to Amanda on the first night, when we quickly ordered and paid for our pup. I didn’t appreciate a text from management team “Jen” Who said in a text that my puppy may have a medical problem and we may have to delay transport. All it was- They just wanted me to buy a tube of Nutrical before picking up our pup. Great, cute, healthy pup with good havanese breeder from Indiana. Made all the waiting worth it! Thank you puppyspot.
