Communication with the sales team at Puppy Spot ends after the purchase, even though she said the travel team would reach out (they did not). I had call the management team regarding setting the meet date, which was arranged quickly. When the breeder’s rep was not at the meet, the management team responded quickly and ensured the meet up occurred, though the meet up was over an hour after the arranged meet. I recommend contacting the management team if you have any issues. Additionally, don’t be surprised if the health report is not fully accurate (per our vet and her exam of our puppy). That said, our puppy is awesome. We love him so!! With the above thoughts in mind, I would recommend Puppy Spot.

Puppy spot will be absolutely so nice to you. Trying to get you to buy a dog. Once you buy the dog, they do not care about you anymore. Impossible to get pictures of your dog that you just paid so much money. Dog ended up Testing positive for giardia and I changed my travel arrangements and everything and they weren't even going to offer a solution to fix it or even consider that I had to take vacation and you can't get refunded for your flights after you book them. They do not care about you at all. All they want is money. They're a little clique and you can tell. I know they offer financing. That's why I did it, but make sure you check if anywhere else offers financing before you pick puppy spot

Regretfully your pup testing positive for Giardia is not unusual, it's a very common condition among purebreds. We're sorry it screwed up your travel plans and that we are unable to accommodate you. The driver of my new pup let me kept me well informed about the expected meet time as well as when he found he was 30 minutes ahead of schedule. He made me feel relaxed-not rushed in making it to the new meet up time. Chuck did a good job cleaning up my pup from the travel and was polite and friendly.
