I like the selection and ease of checkout. The logistical support from puppyspot was not that amazing (the sales team and the travel team did not always seemed to be on the same page), but we got our puppy at the end. The premier transport service that they used to deliver the puppy was great. Chuck, the driver was on time, very cordial and truly cared for the puppies.

Misled Grieving widow!! I advise all possible clients to review puppy spot’s fine line if need to cancel an order. They keep HALF of your payment if you cancel your order. I’ve been trying to get my refund since January 2024 with more than 5 phone calls and different replies every time. My advice to all, is DO NOT use this company! It’s not about the client, it’s all about the loss of your money! Shame on them!!!

I worked with Candace to bring home our new puppy Milton. She was there every step of the way to answer all of my questions, even on her vacation. Once we were all set I received a Puppy Spot care box full of quality items that every dog owner needs.I really appreciated the thought they put in to the items that were in the care package. I chose to meet up with the breeder to pick up my puppy. They were there on time and with all of his up to date vet records. I would highly recommend using Puppy Spot.

This isn’t necessarily a bad review. This may be a great place for someone who just really wants to “order” a specific type of puppy right away and know they have their shots… and as they repeatedly tell you are from a reputable breeder (except that I don’t know how you know they’re reputable when they won’t tell you the breeder). And so, that’s my biggest issue - transparency. I was interested in a puppy and happy to get someone answering the phone… she was very nice, though all she would tell me is how great they and their breeders are and how I can pay for delivery from anywhere etc. etc. When I asked if I could at least know who the breeders were it was a really sweet “all our breeders are amazing and blah blah”… I continued to ask and was met with a definite NO on pretty much anything except what state she would ship from. In any case, if ordering a puppy and not knowing anything except that you get an online guarantee they are healthy and come from the most amazing breeders that they unfortunately cannot let you know who they are… is good for you, then go for it. I’m sure I’d love the puppy and also for me the process is important too. I’ll keep looking….

The reason we do not share breeder information is because the breeders are not set up to accommodate direct contact by customers and prospective customers. With that said, we have a task force working on how to provide more specific information about a puppy's breeder to reduce some of the perceived opacity. It is true that all of our breeders are full vetted and audited annually to ensure they are adhering to both federal and PuppySpot guidelines. We also understand that PuppySpot is not for everyone.
