Very pleased with our experience with PuppySpot. From the selection of our puppy to the day we received her everyone was professional and ascertained that we were satisfied and our concerns and questions were answered. Our Vera is a beautiful healthy and happy puppy! Thank you.

Great Experience from beginning to end. They were very thorough and kept me updated throughout the whole process.

The company seems great but our dog arrived with large yeast infections in both ears. The breeder’s vet signed off that the ears were ok but they aren’t. I spent yesterday after her arrival trying to rinse the excess gunk with ear cleaner and will take her to the vet today for treatment. There was a lot of black yeast . Anyone who has had a dog knows how persistent a yeast infection can be. I’m waiting for puppy spot to call back. Seems difficult to get info from the breeder about the dog beforehand. Dog arrived safely and the driver was very nice. Still not sure about hauling a dog so far across country when I was told that there is air travel which would have been quicker. Dog was extremely thirsty when she arrived. But she’s doing great and seems to have a great temperament.

It has been a couple of weeks since we got our beautiful puppy. I am very pleased with the staff and quality of the delivery. The only recommendation is that it would be super helpful to know: 1. The last time the puppy ate 2. The food brand 3. The feeding times 4. Were there other dogs in the foster home 5. Is the puppy crated Thank you

I was hesitant at first getting a puppy this way but the experience exceeded all of my expectations. When they handed my heart (Missy) to me it was pure joy! Thank you to Alan from PuppySpot and Premier Pet Transport, Nathan & Gary.

My puppy experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. For those of you skeptical of buying a puppy through puppy smart I would like to put your mind at ease. Jordan was absolutely amazing . When I started the process, I put on a credit card to reserve her, Although I quickly realized a payment plan would be a better option for me. Within a matter of days, Jordan followed through credited my original amount and re-processed through a payment plan that I had gotten set up as a more feasible means of payment. This was a really big one for me. Then came the puppy transportation service.. once again, I was extremely happy with their means of communication. I was able to meet a half an hour from my home. My puppy was enjoying time in their arms when I met her., Was clean, happy and energetic. Roy and Joey were absolutely amazing. I could not have expected a better experience from start to finish. I highly recommend.!!!!! My husband and I love our new bundle of joy❤️

Great experience. Great communication. Very pleased.

I would strongly recommend PetSpot. They were compassionate, knowledgeable and communicated daily advising on the process from beginning to end.
