From start to finish I had the best experience!

We absolutely love our Rottweiler puppy. She is super smart and gets along well with our older dog. We had a long drive home after picking her up and she was drooling. I initially thought perhaps she was a little car sick. But after we got home she actually had to be taken to urgent care and ended up with Giardia. It can happen to anyone, but it was a little disappointing to pay that much for her and turn around and pay an ER price for her medical bill right away. She is fine now and sassy. She will become my service dog as soon as we can get her through the training. She can start as early as March. She is already healing on a leash while walking with our other dog, stopping and sitting at intersections, and doesn’t get distracted by loud vehicles, people or other dogs. I’m so super proud of her.

I have had dogs my whole life growing up, from farms or adopted fosters; this was my first solo venture as a single adult woman. I had a lot of questions, the people at puppy spot were phenomenal. Angel acted as my personal therapist, in getting everything ready and didn’t mind my ongoing questioning. The delivery was smooth, me and my pup were out and about on day one. I don’t know if this is a coincidence or reflection of the quality of home my dog started in, but after a week I must say I’ve never had a more well behaved, even tempered dog in my life! We will be back for a little brother in a few years, couldn’t recommend this team and service more strongly. Just do it

Puppy spot was with me through every step of the process and adopting my new puppy. The transport company arrived as expected, on time and we're very courteous and solicitous of the puppies needs. Would highly recommend their company. Clinton and Richard did a great job

Toni our concierge was very helpful answering questions. Picking Ravioli up at Happy Paws was very simple too. We do wish we had more information about Ravioli from the breeder--how much he has been used to eating, if he had been crate training at all, or anything else. We love Ravioli! He is super well behaved and rocking potty training. He is very social and his personality is very sweet, so we are very happy.

My experience was terrific. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and kind. I was informed that The puppy I picked turned out to have minor anatomical abnormality. I was given the option to cancel, which I did. The full amount I had paid, over $4,000, was promptly refunded. The experience could not have been more positive.
