Puppy Spot made it very easy to get my Bichon Frise
Puppy Spot made it very easy to get my sweet Bichon Frise. The first and only telephone call was great. I felt like she filled me in on everything to expect. I did have a question later on and was never able to get through on the telephone. Premier Pet Transport drivers, Clinton and Richard were really great. They kept us aware of the time schedule so we didn’t worry. They were both very friendly and handed me a clean and happy little fur baby. I thank them very much for their care.

Great experience so far…
We are awaiting our new sweet puppy, she arrives in three days! The process with PuppySpot so far has been awesome! Delivery will be 2 weeks from purchase! All of my questions have been answered. I asked what the puppies parents looked like and they got back to me with photos. I’m told I will have the information on the breeder when the puppy is delivered. We received a big box of surprise goodies in the mail, very impressed! Doggy bed, blanket, toys, leash! Delivery info was posted quickly. My puppy will be arriving by Premier Pet transport (great reviews) who will take her from Missouri to CT & meet me 15 minutes from my house. Very happy so far!

Amazing service!
Amazing service!! I was kept in the loop thru the entire process. Quick, professional, personable and relieved me of all concerns and fears. My little Royal Blu was delivered safely and handed over to my family with great care! I would definitely use PuppySpot again and I highly recommend this company!!

Stay away
I reached out to puppyspot . I spoke to Gina she was snarky and very non professional when I inquired about where the breeders come from . I instantly got a bad feeling from Gina with her rude comments and laughing . She became suspicious of me when I started asking her questions with regard to the breeders they use . Buyer beware !!!!

I was very happy with the service from puppy spot. It was very easy from picking out a puppy to delivery and the puppy we got is wonderful .

Outstanding from beginning to end Puppy spot had everything lined up. The meet with the breeder went very smooth and we are very happy with our new best friend.

Puppy spot made it really easy to adopt…
Puppy spot made it really easy to adopt a puppy. They were very communicative and kept me updated in the process. Our puppy was driven in by premier pet transport and they were amazing!! Only reason I give 4 stars is my pup came to us with a double ear infection :(
