Surprisingly fantastic experience. Initial contact and follow up has always been professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. Was a little hesitant about online ordering a puppy (first time). Skyler and Chuck seemed to have taken great care of her en route over the 1700 miles. Healthy, clean and fresh. Great job communicating with every thing about the experience.

I adopted a precious Goldendoodle through Puppyspot. I was a bit skeptical seeking a furbaby online. Well... My experience was out of this world. Today, I have a beautiful goldendoodle named "Opa!" (a Greek word for celebrations of joy and good fortune). One of the reasons I went through with adopting a puppy from Puppyspot, was researching "Trustpilot." Trustpilot seeks trustworthy businesses and one of the ways this was accomplished was by listing reviews and ratings of other people's experiences. This worked for me!! After reading various reviews, I am now celebrating, with great joy, my new puppy Opa!

I honestly had an amazing experience with PuppySpot. Was totally skeptical at first, cause buying a dog online seems weird, but consider me a convert. After finding the right doggy and first contacting PuppySpot, I felt super supported throughout the process. I was always able to reach their support team leading up to the pick up and they even helped me out by allowing me to put down a deposit to hold her for a short period before making the full purchase. I picked up my pup (Mally) in Indiana and met with the breeder who was really sweet and clearly cared about her health. Mally has now been in my home for over a week and she has an excellent disposition and is very healthy. Would recommend.

Andres at puppy spot was great. He helped me along and answered all our questions. I deducted the stars because I feel you should be able to speak with the breeders. It would be more helpful when they get to their new home to see where they are at in training and eating, sleeping habits. The transporters/drivers were great and on time.

The company was very helpful and the communication was very good from start to finish. The transport drivers were Nathan B. and Gary. They kept us updated about the arrival time. We’re very happy with the progress. I highly recommend this company.
