Met vriendelijke groet, The Punk Ride Team PunkRide.com

Hello Artem, We are deeply sorry for the delay and frustration this has caused, especially as this fatbike was ordered for a birthday present. Paying extra for express delivery (1–3 days) and not having the item handed over to the courier after over a week is completely unacceptable. You are absolutely right: since the express shipping service was not fulfilled within the promised timeframe, we owe you a full refund for the €17 delivery fee alongside immediate tracking information for your order. We want to get this sorted for you right away. Please send your order details directly to [email protected] with the subject line "Escalation - Artem Rostomov". Our support management team will prioritize your case to verify the current status of your fatbike shipment, provide you with clear tracking details, and process the refund for your express shipping fee immediately. Sincerely, The Punk Ride Team PunkRide.com

Hello Robert, We are truly sorry for the extreme frustration and anger this has caused you, and you are 100% justified in your feedback. Being trapped in an endless loop of automated responses and endless "escalations" for over a month—especially for something as straightforward as a diagnosed faulty charger—is completely unacceptable. An automated system should assist customers, not wall them off or ignore simple, valid requests. We want to break this automated loop right now and resolve this directly with human management. Please send your order details directly to [email protected] with the subject line "DIRECT HUMAN ESCALATION - Robert Davies". This email will bypass automated triage and go directly to a senior team lead. We will immediately arrange to dispatch a brand-new replacement charger to your address right away—or, if you prefer to return the item given the experience, process a full refund for your order. Sincerely, The Punk Ride Team PunkRide.com

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review and support all the way from Scotland! We're thrilled to hear that your Bluvall V1 fat tire e-bike is performing great and that you've already clocked up nearly 200 miles on it since the motor swap. We completely understand that waiting 4–5 weeks for a replacement motor and relying solely on email support can be frustrating. We really appreciate your patience while our team worked through the warranty process to make sure you got the correct parts to get back on the road. Your feedback regarding phone support is incredibly valuable as we continuously work to improve our customer service channels. Thank you again for your recommendation and trust in PunkRide—enjoy the rides up in Scotland! Best regards, The Punk Ride Team PunkRide.com

Mit freundlichen Grüßen The Punk Ride Team PunkRide.com

Hello, We are deeply sorry for the frustrating and drawn-out experience you have had over the past month. You are completely right: sending the wrong replacement part, failing to meet our promised 72-hour reply window for your warranty claim, and leaving you with repetitive, robotic-sounding support is completely unacceptable. You should never have to spend four weeks sending videos and explaining issues without receiving a clear, prompt solution. We want to step in and fix this for you immediately so you do not have to resort to filing a chargeback with your bank. Please email your order details directly to [email protected] with the subject line "URGENT ESCALATION - Refund Request". This will route your email straight to senior management, who will prioritize your file today, approve your warranty claim, and process your full refund directly to your original payment method. Sincerely, The Punk Ride Team
