I had searched for an elegant and large-sized succulent planter through multiple brick-and-mortar and online shops, and only found it on Public Goods. It did not disappoint. I find the membership gating and price differential to be a bit gimmicky, but the initial product experience suggests it may be worthwhile. I also had a little hiccup in the payment process, but Margot from customer service worked through it promptly and fairly.

Customer Service contacted me when PG changed thier product. They then went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the change.

In 2023 I purchased $40.00 worth of goods from Public Goods. I accidentally inherited a year membership for $79.00 which my few shampoo items a very costly buy. In August I get my Discover bill with a new membership charge of $79,00. After contacting Fiscover and Public Goods the best very temporary offer was to shell out another $30.00 on a $70.00 order. Then I quickly got another that because I didn’t reply I was locked in for the full year membership. The $50.00 worth of product purchase has now cost $198.00. I would call that fraud. Order at your own risk!! My children and grandchildren will be informed by card about this organization during the coming holidays. Your good name is all you really have and will submit to BBB.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the response was and how willing they were to resolve my concern. It makes me feel good about the company and their values. I would recommend them and am more likely to do business with them as a result. Thank you.

I contacted Public Goods for information on how to become a Member. I received a quick response giving me very easy instructions on how to get a membership with this company. There is an annual fee,but it isn't bad($49.00). Their products seem very basic, and good. They even sell plants! I will decide if I want to become a member, but they seem like a company with a lot of variety, and useful items.
