Public Goods is all around solid. I hope to become a member again when my financial situation allows, but had to cancel unexpectedly and got a full refund with no questions asked. Customer service was great to work with.

Company charged me for four membership renewals, when I had only used once. Never asked me if I wanted to renew, but charged me $50 per year. I never knew I was a member! Criminals. They clearly don't want customers to know about their annual fee. If they did, they would send a notice once a year. God knows they love to send regular e-mails about what's for sale.
