Excellent product and service

I have only had the alarm monitoring for a short time, but it has been a great experience.

Protection 1 is very reliable thus far in my first experience with a home alarm system. The self install system is easy and customer service representatives are so helpful if any problems do occur. Authorities are called properly and in a very timely manner. I have had an excellent experience in every area with Protection 1.

Pros: - reasonably priced installation - modern equipment with remote access - competitive monitoring rates - great customer service Cons: - overpriced equipment - low resolution cameras on the motion sensors - they sell thermostats but can't install it Do your homework.

Very impressed with your organization. I have dealt with customer care, technicians and must report they are very professional and excellent at problem solving.

Incorrect billing, didn't receive invoice, auto pay did not work.

We had a great service so far and no complications. Everybody seem to be very friendly and deliver great customer service. System is very user friendly to install and use it daily. I can do everything from my phone which is great and I can see inside the house at any time. We are very pleased so far with everything.

All personal where friendly and professional, I highly recommend it to anyone interested in home security.
